Overall it was a beautiful stay. Staff was kind, pool and beach were amazing. Some cons, the shuttle from airport costed MORE than an Uber breakfast was amazing but it was on the pricey end

We only had a partial ocean view, it was ok. We had to change rooms because the a/c had a problem and the phone didn't work. I also realized that I should have had valet parking and I had to do self parking across the street from the hotel. It was ok, but I would not choose this hotel again.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Lobby area very clean and bright. Bathroom was big, only thing I didn’t like was no door on the shower so water would splash out onto the floor every time you used the shower. And I kept finding random hairs in the room (shower, bed, floor) and I’m bald so I know they weren’t mine. But overall great place!

We came in to Ft Laud for a family wedding. There are some things that need addressing. Snack machines for after hours. They were out of order. We had a air conditioner that needed attention. They did change our room and we were fine after that. My aunti had the same problem with her ac. The housekeeping never servised our room after requesting. We were always scrambling for towels and coffee cups and coffee ffor the morning. Over all the staff were amazing. Everyone was extremely kind. We enjoyed ourselves.

My 2 night stay was wonderful staff was wonderful thank you Kathrine and Marcia and the manager at the front desk you guys went above and beyond. To make our stay feel like home. The security staff need to step up there was a huge fight in the lobby where this lady was trashing the entire entrance with food even in the elevator no one seems to do anything about. This was very distasteful and frightening. Otherwise our stay was great!

Room did not match the photos, room was at the very opposite side of beach, mostly construction outside the patio. Hot water did not work. Faucet in shower was almost coming out of wall. Water was yellow.
