The room was old and the carpet was dirty. No water pressure. No shampoo in the dispenser. No table and chairs by the window for a sitting area. No help from the staff. Did not have a beach front room as per request 5 times. The front desk was dismissive of the fact we paid for two nights and only stay one night due to death in the family and coincidentally on the day of our aniversary. The front desk told us again and again that there was nothing they could do for us in spite of advertising beach front rooms for that night on the internet. Our room was facing the highway. To continue the horrible service, the valet charged us 55 dollars to keep the car for 3 hours. Horrible experience. Will never see us again and recommendations.

The room they checked me into was not clean at all. There was blood on the door, in the bathroom and on the balcony sliding door was splatters, and on the curtain was blood stains. I went to the front desk about it 3 times and they were “overbooked” so they couldn’t accommodate a new room. They sent someone to “clean” the room but still, you would not want your family to stay somewhere like that. It was unacceptable. The manager never came out their office to address the issue. The front desk staff in the front were trying to help as much as they could. They came to clean the room and take the curtains down but it should’ve been addressed before I came into the room. Didn’t do much of the amenities because of that experience.

Property is very nice, clean, and safe. The staff is okay, however, the old Hispanic female in the front desk needs more training in customer service. She is rude and she doesn’t k know how to address customers. Maybe it’s a language barrier, I don’t know..someone needs to talk to her
