We arrived early and the check in person told us if we wanted a room then it would be a $25 charge. Finally we got into our room. The shower was not hot. Luke warm at best. The maintenance guy came up but no difference. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. The location was terrible. No restaurant without walking 30 min. Bad coffee. Room maintenance was “if requested” not a great experience

First the reservation was not complete. I had reserved and paid for 2 rooms and they only showed 1. After showing my confirmation e-mail. There was a long delay to find another room. Second- I had to request to have my room cleaned. Nobody showed up for 2 days. Third- Site did not provide coffee in the room or lobby. I don't think that is too much to ask when I am paying 250 dollars a night. Very Disappointed and will never stay at this property again.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay at the Cambria. The only positive aspect of our experience was the front desk staff. The woman who welcomed us was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, and we truly appreciated her attitude and efforts. Aside from that, the stay was quite underwhelming. While the bathroom appears renovated, the overall comfort was lacking. The mattress was of poor quality and uncomfortable. Additionally, we did not have proper hot water in the shower, and the water pressure was extremely weak. We reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately, nothing changed during our stay. For a hotel in this category, we expected a basic level of comfort, especially when it comes to the bed and the shower. These are essential elements for a pleasant stay, and they were unfortunately not up to standard. In summary, despite a friendly and professional front desk, we would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Let first start with how wonderful and helpful the staff were right down to the end!!! I will say there was like 2 staff that weren't not to nice very rude but me and my family realized just to not deal with them. Our room was very cozy and very clean we loved that a lot! The pool was very clean as well as the lobby!!! We also loved that the beach was right there. The parking was not the greatest but we dealt with it.... It just seemed very pointless, but I give a supper high-five star!!!! We felt that the good very much so out weight the bad!! Thank you for everything ❤️. Schenk Family

Our bed sheets hadn’t been changed and don’t notice till the next morning. My wife asked for the room to be cleaned and sheets still weren’t changed. So she asked for new sheets and she would change. She took fitted sheet off and mattress topper was stained and couldn’t tell if it was clean and was covered in hair on the bottom side and dirt under it. Instead of giving us the stuff to change the bedding. They moved us to a different room two floors down. It’s $39 a day for parking which is pointless since the parking garage isn’t very big. Our car was at the most a 50ft walk at the most every time we got our car. Garage was maybe half full the whole time we was there.

Room was hot. Ac would die every night 4am till about 6am. The hot water was cold. No water pressure. Unable to use the various settings in the shower head. Ended up using PlanetFitness showers. Guests allowed to use pool and hot tub that were t guests. The pool furniture was disgusting and molded. Rude staff that go so far as the call you ungrateful for wanting the things fixed.
