Paying such an exorbitant amount to park where you are staying is unreasonable. Your also charged for use towels and chairs for the beach, but it states included.

The only dislike would be that the parking isnt free. The only parking option is valet parking.

The Chef Mike and The Bartender Julian were excellent and made my stay worth it! They were real personable people!! If I ever came back it would be because of them two! The cleaning staff and the overall hotel room could be kept up a little better. I checked in with my 3 kids on my reservation and I couldn’t get 4 normal wash cloths until the night before I checked out. Bathing with a hand towel is not ok!! I had an unpleasant amount of long black hairs all over both beds. They changed one set out and then when I inspected the other bed I just went through and treated leaning it the best I could. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the vents were covered in thick black dust. My kids and I all have asthma so that wasn’t a good thing but had our meds and wore mask.

I like that it was clean. The bed was comfortable. What I didn’t like was it took 30 mins to get hot water in the shower. The lay out of the room. The bed is facing the balcony door and not the tv. I had to turn on my side to watch it. Some ppl it may not bother. I did not like it It showed free breakfast online, but no breakfast that I seen. Even though we didn’t use valet parking, we still were charged for it. I even told the front desk we didn’t use the valet parking and was still charged. It’s still part of the hotel they told me. Dumb!!

This was a horrible experience from the moment I walked in the door. Arrived after midnight to having issues checking in. At 5 am the smoke alarm went off for 1/2 hour. I booked an ocean review room and when I opened the curtains I looked into someone’s apartment… NO OCEAN VIEW! They are NOT across the street from the beach! NEVER AGAIN…

Had an amazing experience. The bartender Julian (I think is his name) and the Chef Mike (I think lol) were amazing and gave us the best experience. Would definitely recommend! Just wished they had free parking :)

This hotel is beautiful. The view of the ocean I had was phenomenal. The pool wasn't very deep, but nice. The rooftop has exceptional views of the ocean as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely come again.
