Property is outdated. AC was very loud day one which we lived with. Day 2 Ac was not working and it was super hot, we complained multiple times and asked them to change outlet room. But we were told that property is sold out and there is nothing they can do. The other day the HVAC guy came at 9 am and fixed it in 1 min.

No beach view. Also no towel changes or room tidy-up unless you request it. No one tells you that at check in so you find out too late after you spent the day out and come home ready for a shower. Also, they only have 1 staff in the front answering phone calls, taking reservations, checking you in or out, so you could be waiting for 15-20 min to talk to someone.

Well…let’s see the whole experience didn’t go well…from delayed chaotic check in, to ridiculously long lines at front desk, to keys which just stopped working to the rooms which left much to be desired even as a bare minimum…all that plus some random resort fee for who knows what…aggregation?…and btw what is up with the small pillows?…
