Very disappointing check-in experience. I had a confirmed reservation, yet upon arrival I was asked to wait about 15 minutes. That wait turned into approximately 1 hour to an hour and a half. During this time, the front desk agent, Jose Perez, provided no updates, no apology, and no courtesy despite the fact that I was waiting with three children and it was my daughter’s birthday. Each time I approached the desk, I was simply told to wait rather than being given a clear explanation. When we were finally assigned a room, it was not clean and had visible fecal stains on the bed. We had to return to the front desk and request a room change. While the room was eventually changed, there was no upgrade, no accommodation, and no attempt to make up for the inconvenience or acknowledge the situation. Additionally, no information was provided about the hotel, amenities, or policies we were simply handed a key. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, and the cleanliness issue was unacceptable. I am still staying here and trying to make the best of it, but this experience has significantly impacted my impression of the hotel.

Room was clean. Phone did not have a cord and the outlets were too loose to hold a cord, Friendly staff. Front desk seemed understaffed. Pool and beach were nice. Bar at pool was nice and food was good. Garbage cans leading to pool were o reflowing every morning and there was garbage on the beach in the morning, They should clean at night so it’s fresh in the morning. Overall i enjoyed my stay and the pool.

Booked here because wanted to go to the mermaid show, but it was not on they said due to cold weather. I had contacted them before going to ask about reserving a place to see the show, and i was told there was no need to reserve you can just show up. Check-in experience was terrible. Our room was still not ready at the 4pm check-in. We arrived at 10am. Was told at 2pm we were number 2 in line to have our room serviced. Still not ready at 4pm so they gave us another room which you could understand why it was available. The hotel does a lot of business with the cruise ships and our room was perfect for somebody staying one night. We were staying for 4 nights. Not a chair, no drawers for clothes. Was not the room I thought I was getting based on the pictures and what I paid for. Our Monday was terrible. They had the main pool and outdoor bar closed all day for a wedding that took place on the beach around 4pm and also closed the beach and the beach bar as well. You know this wedding was planned in advance so notice should have been given when we booked our room at the end of November. We would have looked at another place since we lost a whole day at B and had to find other activities away from the hotel. We got a survey from B and said to text them if you weren't going to rate them a 10. I texted them and got confirmation that somebody would contact me shortly. Never heard from them. Not a bad hotel if you are taking or coming back from a cruise and need a place to stay for the night. Definitely would not do 4 nights again at B.

I was extremely disappointed with the room I was assigned during this stay. The exterior wall outside the room appeared visibly damaged, as if heavy equipment had struck it. I was traveling with a guest and had previously spoken highly of this property based on prior visits, which made this experience particularly frustrating. The room faced a side street despite my Monday check-in, which was unexpected. Overall, the room felt dated and poorly maintained. This was my fourth stay at this property, and this experience has made me question my loyalty, especially given the availability of other beachfront options.

Didn’t spend much time at the pool. The beach was clean and attentive. The hotel needed updating. The resort was obviously very short staffed. Expensive for what you get.

I would like to start with a big gratitude for the evening team of Paris and Joe who checked me on my first time. They were incredibly helpful and attentive. This was my third time staying at B Ocean and again it was a great stay. The hotel is in a quiet spot of Seabreeze Blvd but still close enough to Marina Village so as to not feel isolated. It is a 15 min walk to the weekend market at Las Olas Oceanside Park and some of the more livelier bars/restaurants. I love the addition of the convivence store/gift shop that was recently added. Looking forward to my next stay at B Ocean
