I was more than thankful and happy to use the reservation however the front desk employee was rude and didn’t know what was going on. The valet had to request her twice and myself as well. If you don’t want the job allow someone else to work.

Great, clean. The oceanfront queen suite was great on the 14th floor. It’s too bad the beach is full of seaweed. We went snorkeling in peanut island an hour away and it was great though.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I enjoyed it very much for the convenient walks to the beach and eating establishments. In addition to the mall and bars. I booked for another stay in 2 weeks. Friendly staff welcomed me in and was able to get me in a room 2 hours prior to check in.

The living room furniture could have an update in the suite and the pool had a lot of black. I’m not gonna say mold, but it looked like that on the ocean side but other than that, it was fantastic.

Please fix the plumbing in the shower and bathroom sinks for the next traveler. They were tricky to close and open. Hotel is losing water if people can't close the faucet and shower properly.
