It was close to the cruise port and had both ground and water transportation and was easy to navigate. The first night there, I could not get any hot water for a shower, so I called the front desk and they said they would send someone right up. Approximately 45 minutes went by with no response, so I went down to the front desk and said something to the staff and their response was “you have to let it run for 20 minutes or longer to get hot water”. I did this and it worked, but no hotel should require you to run the hot water for 20 minutes in order to take a shower and they should also respond to issues like this in more of a timely manner, or at least communicate as to when they will respond. For an almost $400.00 a night stay, the mechanics of the facility should properly work, without issue and if they have known issues, which it sounds like they do, they should fix them or at minimum, let you know of the issues prior to renting the room out.

The staff were very pleasant and attentive; indoor and out. The property was clean and well maintained. Having a shuttle to the beach was great even if we had to wait a short time for pick up. One recommendation would be to have more lounge chairs by the pool.

This is really a hotel that takes in cruise guests before they depart. It is full of a spring Break kids. It was full and they had a hard time keeping up with the garbage. People were sleeping on the outdoor couches. It was not how it was represented in pictures.

We called the hotel 3 separate times before our trip to make sure our hotel was booked. When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t reserved, and there were no openings available. After about 10 minutes of looking for a room they were able to find us one right away that was ready to go. When we checked out we had all sorts of additional chargers and even got a bill for another customer.

The property was ok, overall, but there was no sit-down restaurant. Food could be ordered at the outdoor bar and brought out to the bar area. Of the 4 sides of the bar, only one was open for seating (total of 7 seats) - I felt this was poor to say the least.
