We arrived at the property and checked in quickly, however, we were escorted to another desk which was a hustle for a free 7 day vacation for a 90 minute time share presentation which we declined because those are too good to be true and they were very aggressive. We also had to rent tubes for the lazy river which I didn’t appreciate since a resort fee was charged daily.

Overall good stay, the sales portion wasn’t great. Waste of time, was signed up for one day/time, we arrived at our scheduled time and day, after waiting in long line were told we weren’t in that time slot or day. Representative made a mistake, presentation cancelled along with offers, the guy back at sales was obviously bothered with this & also kept us waiting, no consideration at all for us as customers. I was with my 7 yr old son, so after over an hour wait we are now hungry & bored, sacrificed sleep to be there early as asked & threatened to be charged. I finally, told him we were leaving. Despite the confusion on their end we were charged twice & had to dispute charges, all of that was unnecessary when someone is on vacation. I also wasn’t a fan of having to drive to other pool area, should offer a shuttle or golf cart rides to pools & rooms, just an idea.

I would have given 5 stars, but my room had very dirty floors that clearly had not been mopped, though we wore socks and did not mind much. I also experienced a credit card error when I was charged for breakfast, even though I had chosen the breakfast option on my Expedia reservation; I reviewed my credit card transactions and had to ask the manager for a refund. While the staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service, I did not enjoy the breakfast restaurant—the eggs were undercooked, my request for scrambled eggs resulted in an omelet, and overall, I cannot recommend it. The pizza restaurant was the best dining option during our stay. Many restaurants and the arcade game room were closed, and transportation is inconvenient because the shuttle only runs every 20 minutes, which made it tough with a 2-year-old. This may not be an issue for those without young children, but for our family, the high resort fee and these inconveniences mean we will not be returning. There are better hotels available.
