I would to give more stars but there were issues. While I am thrilled to see improvements being made around the property, the villa we were in, the stairs were being worked on. The stairs appeared to be some type of metal, and we had to deal with a lot of banging and drilling. That part of the building should have not had guests. Imagine trying to get your 6 month old grandson down for a nap while all of that noise sounds like it is INSIDE your villa?! We weren't even warned that construction was going on in the building were staying in, so it was a complete disappointment to hear drilling and banging throughout our stay. I mentioned it and nothing was done as far as compensation or moving us to a quieter room. I received an apology and "we'll talk to the construction guys." It is good to know that this does not have daily turn down service, cleaning, etc for the duration of the stay. We were able to wash our towels with the washer and dryer inside our villa. Just a minor inconvenience. The mini golf that is located at the fun zone was painfully hilarious to play. It is rubberized turf, so the ball went EVERYWHERE except the hole. For serious mini golfers, save yourself the pain, go to the one located at the front of the resort, not at the fun zone. The lazy river is heated and was wonderful. We very much enjoyed it. Very relaxing. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with 7 adults and an infant. Spacious enough to accommodate everyone without the pullout sofa.

We will never come back to this place. Reasons: - this place is huge and no clear instructions on where to go to check in - check in process was lengthy as you had to pass through several desks before they give you the room keys as they will try at every possible opportunity to sell you timeshare - comforter smells pee until requested a change of new linen - floor was sticky like it wasnt mopped for months - shower room is tight - average room condition, didnt feel comfortable and clean enough - difficult to navigate to the room - rep mades several early calls in the morning to try to get you attend the timeshare presentation - dont get trapped with their timeshare Pros: - spacious rooms - parking in front of room Definitely not a great stay. There are many other better options in orlando

Our checkin experience was incredibly inconvenient! Upon arrival to the room we were assigned we found another family was already occupying the room. The resort is expansive and had to go all the way back to registration to get a new room, which I was told to go to resort services - they were closed - went back to the desk and was told to go to another desk. Got to the new room and found we had no parking pass. Made another trip to the registration building to get that. By the time all of this was sorted it was dark and our kids were upset. Tried to go play putt putt and the employee told us they were closing early because no one was there to play even though we wanted to play. Needless to say we left the resort to play putt putt. The room was clean and spacious, but I have no plans to return. Thankfully we only stayed a couple of days as a pass through spot.

The condos are extremely dated. There was a moldy odor, the fridge made a constant knocking sound, and overall it was rusty and dusty. With a complex that massive it does rub me the wrong way that towels for the pool are $25 per towel you misplace vs getting your towels at the pools and returning them before you leave the pool. It’s also $9 to use a tube in the lazy river. And the tv is cable and dvd only. It’s 2026, if nothing else let’s upgrade to smart TVs. The positives… the condo is spacious. You do technically have a working kitchen and there are many pools to pick from. Since the property is large there is a shuttle to take you around. They did have a huge firework show for the Fourth of July.
