We had a good time, but place needs some updating. The bed mattress wasn't comfortable and the shower area also needs to be updated starting to show some mold. The room had a jacuzzi but really didnt look cleaned at all to use.

This resort was disgusting. Checking in was not easy either. After they gave me a room that would be ok with wheelchair accessibility we headed there to check it out. It was disgusting. There were dead bugs in EVERY single room and LIVE ROACHES crawling all over the counter in the kitchen. There was hair all over the floors and it smelled terrible! I went back to the check in and informed them. They gave me a room that was on the second floor which I could not use due to needing a wheelchair accessible room. I did go t on the room to see if I would somehow make it work and that room was not much better than the first one. My family and I had to leave and spend more money for a place that would be able to accommodate wheelchair for my special needs child. The pictures on line were NOTHING like the actual unit. I have been awaiting an answer for a refund and that has turned out to be quite the hassle as well. We will never be booking at this resort again.

Good location but that’s where it stops

I really wanted to give this 5 stars. Close distance to the parks and enough room for large families. We were across the street morning the main complex not sure if there is a difference. Our room was very outdated, not clean, and paint upgrade was done very sloppy. Floors were disgustingly dirty - kids feet were black - we had to put towels down. Asked for extra towels never got them. The people below us had several dogs that barked all night. We asked security and used the app several times and nothing was done we got no sleep. Rooms need to be majorly updated - tiles are all cracked, bathtubs look like they are going to fall through the floor, beds uncomfortable, towels and sheets have a grey tint, musty smell in the room. I really wanted to like this due to the set up and location - maybe there are other newer rooms but we were very disappointed. Staff were very friendly but kept telling me to talk to others and the problems never got fixed- app showed problem resolved within 10min and there was no resolution.

None of the electrical outlets worked. Missing a closet door. Light in second bedroom didn’t work. Water comes out cold in main bedroom bath. I called the front desk for extra blankets at around 1130 pm. I was told they would be right over. No one ever came. Housekeeping was banging on the door when we were given extra time to leave. Lack of communication.

We love the stay at this Resort, very friendly staff, pool and jacuzzi awesome, good room, living room, dinning room and kitchen size, only thing that we don’t loved was the room smell but it was fixed with air fresheners

We liked that it was very spacious and had 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well equiped. Wat we did not like: internet connection was very limited. The roof in one of the rooms was leaking when raining. There were insects ( beatles) coming in to the room through the vans.

Very good price - but naturally that comes at a cost. In this case it means "old but mostly ok". We (family of 5, 2 kids) had a 2 bedroom apartment, with enough space and all necessary appliances to cook or do laundry. I did not see a single mosquito - quite an achievement for Florida. 3 large clean and warm pools. Enough parking facilities. And - QUIET. Although on the weekend it was very well booked and I know for certain at least 2 parties were held by groups of youngsters just out of high school we had not a single problem with noise. One thing they could improve on - quality of mattresses. The kings bed was fine, queens bed soso - but the couch not advisable at all.

Great customer service, got upgraded no additional charge due to A/C issues in original room. They have 3 pools and the area and cleanliness is great. Had a great mini weekend vacation

Convenient location for Parks and Kissimmee activities, large apartment good for travelling with 2 teens, Oaks section had a great pool but next to a busy road. Apartment was late being ready and then took 2 hrs for the connecting doors to be unlocked. Shower taps really difficult to operate without being shown how, and even then needed a special technique to operate. one was already broken. So ok for our trip, but not brilliant.

I had to wait an hour before I was given a room, so instead of the 4:00 pm. check in time it’s at 5:00 pm. They said that my room has to be inspected first - then why open it up for reservation? The room they have me is so old that paint is chipped. The sofa covers are disgusting. I don’t understand why they can’t just wash it as they are removable. The carpet is obviously stained with dirt. Again, why can’t they just clean it. Very lazy and irresponsible management. You can hear every word from the room next door. Never ever again.
