There was a roach in our room and the walls are paper thin. You can heae EVERYTHING from next door. Also, it isn't made clear that the waterpark isn't included with guest stay. The photos on the property website include the waterpark which is misleading.

Staff told my ride to the hotel he would be trespassed because my daughter left her iPad in his car. Then we were told a ride on the golf cart to the room from the hotel lobby would be 10 min wait. We my 3 kids and I waited 20 then I text the staff on the number and was told it would be an additional 35 mins so we walked and our room was not close to the main entrance area. Then when we visited the waterpark onsite we learned admission is not included in paying for the room. $25 per person regardless if you are participating or just being a spectator while your kids swim. Thankfully the one nice person was running the admission gate and he kindly let us in because there was only 2 hours left. We asked for a blanket because the pull out couch did not have one and it took them over an hour, talking to a supervisor is a joke. He will have you on speaker with his staff laughing in the background. We were only there one night. Do not recommend!
