The entire property appeared neglected from a maintenance perspective. Rugs were worn, broken and stained. Walls seemed to be rusting in all corners. Any wallpaper was coming undone in the corners. Bathroom need caulking. Shower curtain was torn. Rusty stains on everything and acting metal.

The facility itself is run down. Anything that’s metal is rusted. The entire bathroom needs caulking. shower curtain was torn. hair dryer barely worked. The rugs in the hallway were severely worn & stained. The staff on the other hand was AMAZING! Housekeeping did a great job daily. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff kept a well stocked braise buffet with fresh eggs, meats, fruit and bread.

The room had a terrible mold odor. Carpet very dirty with spots. Bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. No option to change rooms. AC didn't work properly and on top of that room service came to only make beds and change towels which every day we needed to ask more because we were 4 and they only put 3... didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom. Breakfast ok.

The pillows are not comfortable. We had to ask for what we needed in the bathroom, such as toilet paper and towels, etc. The room cleaning also needs improvement. There was a lot of noise in the hallway. Also, please add more variety to the breakfast.

The hotel does not allow check-in earlier than 3:00 PM unless you pay an additional fee. We arrived exactly at 1:00 PM, which is rare, yet there was no flexibility at all. The room was clean, and overall comfort was below expectations. The room itself was uncomfortable and did not feel well maintained. Based on this experience, I would choose a different hotel next time.

Staff very nice. Room was clean, but not sure if sheets were changed out. There was someone's else's hair under the sheets and a stain. Could be wrong! It happens even after the wash. Breakfast was AWESOME. Perfect to start your morning with a different variety each day. Pool was clean and fun for the kids. Will definitely be back to visit here.

Very convenient property if you’re staying for Disney. Staff that I spoke to, along with the girl at the front desk, were very nice and helpful. I was there on a solo trip for a short two night stay. My room was very very outdated with rust all over the lamps, thick layers of dust and old exposed pipes. There was a thick green substance on the smoke detector, mold in the dehumidifiers, and dark curly hair in the tub when I arrived. I didn’t expect a very luxurious experience considering it was an inexpensive stay, but I almost would’ve rather slept in the car. The bed was very springy, but not the worst. On the plus side, it was in a very beautiful area with a lot of other hotels, security patrolling and felt safe.

It would be a good place to stay if the customer service was better. Let me explain first we arrive 4 people in a room and we literally have 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth. Which we had to go back down stairs and ask for more. The next morning I was locked out of the room. Not due to my fault but the key just quit working. Walked down stairs 3 times thinking it was the actual key on the 4 time maintenance had to come up and break into the door. Which they were slow as molasses. Which took over 1/2 just to get this resolved. Customer service needs to be improved 100 percent.
