The resort fee is very expensive and has no real value. Water park is more $ on top of that. Room was dirty, ac noisy and plugs didn’t work. Was moved to another room. No toaster and still not the cleanest. No real instructions on what to do about garbage or getting towels or housekeeping.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. Would definitely bring my family back for another stay. Pools were conveniently located around the resort. The water park area and restaurant make it easy for guests to “stay in” instead of fighting some of the cities traffic.

The villa was very old and tired. Nothing is included, but you are told it is. Everything is an add on. The activity staff said that is a front desk problem they keep having. Front desk had no idea nor were they willing to solve the issue.

Beautiful resort there was quite a bit of waiting as we arrived on the premises because we arrived early and Daytona was going on. We enjoyed ourselves staff are very friendly and helpful my husband had a blast for his birthday lots of things to do. Walmart is very convenient. Definitely will be back soon. Thanks for wonderful hospitality!!!

I had a good experience staying at this property. I like it because its closed to everything. The only bad thing was that every time i try to open the gate with the 2 cards that they gave me they never worked. I could never open the gate, but there's always a security and they open it for me.

Overall for the price is a decent stay, however I am surprise that the resort fee does not include any room service to clean. During our 4 day stay it was no service or coffee refills. Only the check guards were friendly the staff in the front of the house was a bit rude.

Hot water issue

We have stayed here before without issue. Upon checkin we had no hot water. Maintenance came and said it was fixed. Unfortunately we took lukewarm (at best) showers for 4 days.
