The staff was amazing We went to the wrong location and they still checked us in The resort was very clean it was very easy to get around I would definitely recommend staying here hundreds of shops around the resort and then they have a spa a couple pools you can go on a boat basketball courts a little water park definitely recommend to stay here if you come to Orlando

Property was wonderful. The staff was top notch and it was a lot to do in and around the area. My only complaint is the building I was staying in was a bit old and you could see the stucco near the elevator. Something minor honestly but other than that everything was wonderful.

Quiet location, if you need snacks or drinks there's a Walmart very close and convenient. All rooms have refrigerator so saves you some money and not too far away from great restaurants and Disney Parks

Lot of stuff to do on the resort. We barely did anything there tho. Used the pools a couple times. We had nobody above us until the last day and the chairs sliding/grinding and footsteps were insanely loud. Hard to sleep. Loud cars outside as well. We had a view of a parking lot so nothing great to look at and enjoy. Said they couldn’t upgrade our room to a pond view even tho there wasn’t many people on the resort. It was a nice place to stay and would again overall. Our bed was supposed to be a king size and we had a queen.
