We had a wonderful stay here. We came for my birthday and spent two nights, and everything exceeded our expectations. The price was great, and when we arrived, the team upgraded us to a very nice room. It looked recently remodeled, was extremely clean, and felt fresh and comfortable. Our family was very happy, and the hotel was kind enough to let us check out an hour later so we could pack up without rushing. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Overall, an excellent experience — we would definitely stay here again.

We had checked into our room and it was dirty. The washer/dryer duo we had was leaking. I said something as they originally were going to have someone come up and look at the room and clean it. However I then stressed how unhappy I am about this and they got a supervisor who which changed our building and room, they put us into a bigger room and it was clean. The facility itself was clean near pools, pool and hot tub where clean. Having the amenities of the pullout couch was nice.

Staff were really nice, we arrive late night and they were very friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Property in general was in good condition. The only thing I did not like is that they charge you and extra fee for the entrance of the water park, and when we did the reservation did not said water park will be extra charge.

Booking through Expedia was easy, but the room did not match the description. The listing advertised a villa with two full beds, a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a spacious layout. At check-in, we were told the villa was actually a studio, and the room had no kitchenette or sofa bed and was not spacious. The room was also very cold, with only a few thin sheets provided. I was very disappointed, but I’m sharing this honestly so other travelers can make an informed decision.

On booking with expedia it indicated that breakfast is included in the package only to be told on the first morning that its not a bed and breakfast, so we were left to scramble for breakfast plans since we had been relaxed about it. We stayed for 5 days and not once were the villas cleaned i.e bathrooms or bedding changed. Once you use the tub once or twice with minimum cleaning afterwards its not as nice.

We were not greated with a kind welcome. We received a room that over looked the back road way. The women who gave us the room said she gave us the best room for a 5 year old . I believe she was being sarcastic since the room was the last room 312 that look out of the road all night cars drove by and not much sleep. It did not feel as we were on a vacation. Also you had to pay to use the pool and only 1 restaurant was open over priced with no flavor. Took 45 min to get our food after 3 people sat after us and was served be for us. I felt we were treated as unwanted step child cuz we were not owners . They remined us everyday how we not owners. I would never want to own with treatment as such. Crazy i gamble in Las Vegas at the sister location this was why i chose this one. Never again !
