This was a gorgeous resort. Our room was very nice and clean. The location was perfect for our trip to Disney. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Parking is my only negative for this resort. We had to park two buildings away from our building when we arrived. We were able to park on the side the second night but it was not enough parking for each building. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, not so nice rooms. The first 3 bedroom villa had water bugs. When staff finally arrived, we couldn’t find the bugs. We were transferred to another 3 bedroom villa only for us to find out the next day that it was Ant infested. All of the food we had on the counters had to be thrown away because they had ants in them. Maintenance sprayed our room everyday for the whole 6 days we were there. They tried to transfer us again to another room but we refused because who knows what issues awaited us there. They tried to accommodate us with 2 $25 credits but what’s that compared to the $2000 we paid. Originally we booked for 8 days/7 nights but left earlier because we were tired of the bugs in everything. We had to live out of our suitcase because ants were even in the dresser drawers. It ruined our Christmas vacation. Decent property and amenities but the rooms could use a really deep cleaning.

I honestly was sold something that was not shown in the pictures of the web site the beds were horrible.housekeeping never came to clean or change out the towels The security was rude. I would not stay here again. This place needs to be remodeled and upgraded.

Poor front desk reception etiquette, demeanor and attitude, completely unacceptable and rude. Unscheduled maintenance of heavy construction 🚧 during early hours of the morning, ie: 0715, pounding in the floor above our suite. Grounds crew out blowing leaves etc down our stairwell at 0800. The resort shoppe had minimal items for purchase. Not what one would expect from a resort! Good things - clean rooms, nice pools, good food from the restaurant!
