Beautiful Resort with good amenities. Staff was very nice but not very responsive. I called front desk several times. A couple times the phone would ring out without an answer. Twice I got an answer but was immediately placed hold (I hung up after 5 mins first time and after 10 mins 2nd time). I eventually got thru 2 times (request for additional sheets and a follow-up on status of sheets. It took over 3 hrs to get sheets (Unsure since I fell asleep with my jacket before I saw sheets outside since it was dropped off in the night). This resort deserves to be rated higher but comparable properties with better service are abundant in Kissimmee/Orlando. I can't recommend.

U can hear everything above u. I was in 2nd story and the noise from the chairs being moved to people dropping things sounded like it was in my room. Woke me up all week long. Pool was great but entertainment was annoying every day. 3 times a week is enough. Bed was very uncomfortable. U sank down into it. Like it was wore out. Furniture very hard and uncomfortable. But besides that staff was great. But wont be coming back to this establishment especially at the price.

Nick in tbe activities room was very nice, and we enjoyed the bead activity and he was patient and kind. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, and at 4:20p they said our room wasn't available, then found us a different room. Upon checking in i asked for a late checkout of 12pm which they offered and confirmed. At 10:45am a housekeeper opened the door to our room while I was in the shower and my young daughter was in the room. The only reason he didn't successfully enter was because I had the chain on. From the shower I yelled we had a late checkout of 12pm. He didn't even bother shutting the door and left it cracked open. He did the same thing 30 minutes later barging in, only to be stopped by the chain while my 6 year old daughter was naked and getting dressed causing her to scream. I called front office and they said they had no record of the late checkout, but when we went to the lobby she said "yes it's right here." As a female travelling with a small daughter this made me feel very unsafe. Unfortunate, as the pool and activities area was nice.

For the first time in my entire life, as someone who travels fairly regularly, we encountered bed bugs. Still dealing with it a week and a half later. We found old towels and trash under the beds. Waited 20-25 minutes just to check in, and when we got to the room, had no bedding for the fold out couch. Pool area was the only highlight.

Got hit on at every turn Presentation is a joke, they hit you up with 4 different people with different packages trying to get you purchase and never shared an exit plan. Any request for assistance was a waste of time since no one came to assist with issues. They say hospility but far from it during my stay.

overall good but we were locked out of our room because the battery to open with the key card was dead. Took maintenance 45 minutes to get us in. End of the night around 1030pm coming back from the parks so we were tired.

The rooms are spacious and kitchen well equipped. The late check in at 4pm with room not ready until after 430pm. When getting car parking pass, salesperson is pushing to get you to go to breakfast to buy vacation ownership. Check out is too early at 10 am and maid already knocking at door. The place should not charge a resort fee since there is not much going on for such a fee.
