Room was clean and checkin was quick and easy; however, I was not informed that there was no hot water in the building when I checked in. Found out when I tried to take a shower, called the front desk and they said it was getting worked. Next morning, there was still no hot water and the front desk said there’s no rooms in the other buildings. Didn’t offer solution or expected repair time. When we came back in the evening, there was finally hot water. Only a significant issue because I have kids and having hot water should be a basic expectation of a hotel room.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 12 times. The rooms are always clean and large. I love that there are 2 separate sinks. The room I was in this time was clean and the beds comfortable. The only complaint i had was how loud the bathroom fan was. Other than that, evwrything elae was good.

I've stayed here at least 10 times and every time it's clean and quiet. The rooms are large, and one of my favorite aspects is there are 2 sinks; one of which is outside the bathroom, so I can get ready while my family is showering.

The front desk girl was the unfriendliest front desk person ive come across. She just asked for your credit card for a deposit hold, gave you your room keys and told you where to look for your room. Didnt give me a map of the hotel, didnt tell me where the pool was, the restaurant absolutely no info whatsoever. There was a roach in the bathroom which i did not expect at all and that was as soon as i walked in the bathroom.Other than that the hotel was ok beds were decent, no coffee machines in the room but there was a mini fridge and microwave so plus for that. No staff really visible to show you around or tell you where things are in the hotel. Just the lil things that would make this hotel much better! No where mear horrible but def no where near the best either. 2.5 - 3 out of 5 @ the very best.
