Room was clean and checkin was quick and easy; however, I was not informed that there was no hot water in the building when I checked in. Found out when I tried to take a shower, called the front desk and they said it was getting worked. Next morning, there was still no hot water and the front desk said there’s no rooms in the other buildings. Didn’t offer solution or expected repair time. When we came back in the evening, there was finally hot water. Only a significant issue because I have kids and having hot water should be a basic expectation of a hotel room.

We love the breakfast. There is a nice variety. The staff and service in the entire hotel are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable. I’ve stayed with Red Lion dozens of times.
