Good stay

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The pool was not the cleanest and was over crowded on the weekend. They also shut the lazy river very early. The tub didn’t drain well. Overall it was a good stay though with a great price.

The staff was wonderful, and the hotel seemed very clean, but we had to move from our first room because some lights didn’t work, no iron etc… They moved us with no hesitation, that room had all the amenities, but the moisture was horrible, condensation was everywhere, as I have COPD it was awful for me. We didn’t request to be moved again because other guests were complaining of the same thing

When we 1st arrived at 8pm the front desk representative was unpleasant. I drove 16 hours from TX to be greeted by someone who look annoyed by us arriving. The room floors felt bad and dirty and I had a stain on a few pillows.

It's was an okay stay.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Red Lion. The rooms are freezing and when you turn the air up it only goes up to 75. We ended up turning on the heat, but that too would only go up to a certain temperature. We eventually just turned the AC off, but it was still freezing. It's so cold that it makes the sheets and floor feel wet. The carpet is way out of date and dirty. The pool and the lazy river was the best!! They are both heated so it wasn't as cold and they also offer floats for the lazy river. Everyone was very nice and pleasant, the only thing we didn't like was how cold the rooms where and we wasn't able to get comfortable because of it.
