It was a great stay!!!! AC was ice cold in the room. Parking you did have to pay at the very end of your stay, but I read already that was a separate charger so I was fine with it. Staff cleaned our room daily when we went out and about. Pool was clean and slides were fun. Breakfast was amazing, please add to your travel package!!! We give this resort 5 stars. We loved it here!!

We liked that we could relax and unwind at the pool after a day at the Parks. Olive Garden was close by so we could walk there and there were a few gift shops that we were able to walk to as well.

The room was not clean when we checked in. We found a bug in one of the beds, the bathroom door handle came off and the bathroom was gross. After i complained, they came a clean the whole room but we had to wait like an hour and we were so tired and wanted to use the restroom which we couldn't because it was dirty.

We stayed at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista for a school graduation. Overall the resort was ok. It’s not like the pictures and not what you’d expect for staying at a Sheraton. It’s an older hotel and service was slow from check in to valet. The daily resort fees were excessive $25 plus valet was an additional $31 otherwise you pay $10/day to park your car. If you decide to leave the hotel, you pay the $10 each time you enter the parking area. Other than that; the rooms were nice, beds comfy. We had a family suite and it slept our family comfortably.

I booked double bed room.. the rooms in the property r very old need to get renovated .. i wasnt happy with the whole hotel .. i asked manager to refund me or give me somethinb upgraded if it exists .. she upgraded me in a bigger room in next building .. no AC in elevators when its 95 .. the room i got after walking to another building at 4 th floor was big had bunk beds for kids but was good to manage the stay .. only thing i liked abou hotel was pool and bar at the poolside .. nothing else
