Fantastic hotel, very convenient location near Disney Springs. The free shuttle service to the Disney parks was great. Restaurant on-site has a decent breakfast buffet with a Mickey waffle maker. Staff were very helpful, they even helped us book a taxi to the cruise port when we checked out. Resort fee includes water bottles every day of your stay. Great value here!

This is the 3rd year I've stayed at this property during this time frame. I've always enjoyed it, which is why I come back! Rhe front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I was there with family members this time so I was able to spend some time out at the pool and hot tub, which were nice to try out. The walk to Disney Springs is less than 10 min, making this property ideal. I highly recommend it!

All was ok except the temperature wouldn’t cool. Room stayed at 72 despite putting temperature down to 65… was warm to sleep for us at night 507 and my fathers’ room had the same issue 308. We enjoyed the facilities otherwise . Bed is getting a bit lumpy to lay in but the room was clean and that’s the major factor for us ! The parking attendants were so nice especially Paul and and brother who take special care of my dads car.. .. the breakfast is very good and lots of variety with the omelet and waffle station . Fresh fruit meat and great juice and coffee. We will be back ! Prices are higher than we’d like …
