The room was clean, had a nice pool area, the breakfast was good but pricey as I dont eat enough food at one sitting to make a buffet price worth it. I enjoyed Disney Springs being in walking distance and the area felt very safe.

One elevator never went to the 10th floor and didn’t get fixed our entire stay. Room was worn and outdated but clean. Our balcony “view” was the expressway. Everyone working there was very nice.

The hotel was in an excellent location (walking distance to Disney Springs). It was very quiet in the area. I stayed in the towers, and I had amazing views. I didn't expect this hotel to be as big as it was. My only con is having to pay for parking.

Nice place to stay and close to everything. Only thing I didn't like was the expensive breakfast that seemed overpriced and the next day when we wanted to find cheaper breakfast options elsewhere, there was nothing really close by or on the way to the parks.
