Unfortunately, the 3 full days I was in Orlando, there was record breaking cold weather. Unbelievably, the air conditioning at the hotel was on. It was very uncomfortable. I spent more time in my room with the heat on. Also, I stay at this property every November. Very disappointed that the Christmas Tree was not yet up. All in all, a less than desirable experience this time around.

I blocked the Dolphin instead of the swan by mistake. We had never stayed at the Dolphin before. We loved the lobby area with the bar and unfortunately that was the only good thing. We were underwhelmed by the room, the bathroom was clean enough but old, there was barely any hot water. We stayed two nights and we have a 5 year old. We were at a park on Sat. and didn’t come to clean the room. We asked if they could come a bit later as we were getting ready for dinner, we were told yes. They did not clean the room. The shower, we had to point the showerhead inward towards the wall of the shower because if not the water spilled into the floor, and the door and then the carpet in the room. The toilet holder was coming off the wall. Bedskirt was so dirty, it had some green stains. Our oldest daughter came to have dinner with us at the boardwalk and we told her to park and have it charged to the room. She was told that one of us had to come down. The reason being that they have had fraudulent charges for valet to rooms in the hotel. But they could have called the room directly and we would have answered and authorized the charge. I seriously doubt that the scammers are sophisticated enough to hack the phones. My husband complained at check out and didn’t really got much interest, they thanked him for the feedback. He called Bonvoy, they said a claim had been filed and we were given a credit for the resort fee. I think they should have done better. We won’t stay there again.

Have stayed here many time. Love the amenities. We go for the food and wine festival and we love that we can walk to Epcot one thing we weren’t happy about is the buses to Magic Kingdom, specifically the drop off point.

We loved it! We upgraded to a balcony room that had fireworks view. That made the trip! We could never stay in the parks to see the fireworks. But we would be showered in pjs and could see and hear them.
