The Motel was very nice, an older motel but nice nonetheless. many options for food and drink available. Fantastic location to walk across the pedi bridge to Disney Springs for entertainment. Highly recommend staying here if going to Disney Springs!

The location was great, within the Disney bubble but not at the higher Disney pricing. Our rooms were quite far from the main lobby though and some of the amenities could use an upgrade

Dark and dingy

Room was located down a dark outdoor corridor. Elevator was sketchy and took forever. Didn’t feel very safe as a mom traveling with 2 kids because the corridor to our room seemed very secluded and not well lit or monitored. The room wasn’t well lit either. Bathroom was dingy. Shocked at this because the lobby was lovely. Staff was also nice. Would not recommend though.

Valet staff was great. Check in check out staff was great. The coffee shop staff was pretty unpleasant. The room is clean there were issues. Bathroom tub water ran a lot. Could not stop it. There was a stain from it running so much. Door lock had to be fixed. We got locked out of our room. They did fix in pretty fast. Pool was closed in the morning before I left. Elevators slow and smell. Cleaning staff doesn’t move their cart out of the way. They ignored that you were there. It is walking distance to Disney Springs. I didn’t realize when booking there are basically 2 hotels in one.

The hotel was very nice overall — clean, well-decorated, and in a good location. However, there were two things that made the shower experience uncomfortable. First, the bathtub felt unstable in certain spots. When standing inside, some areas seemed like they weren’t properly supported, so it felt like the tub was sinking under your feet. It gave the impression that it might break, which made showering a bit stressful. Second, the shower handle was extremely stiff, and it was really hard to adjust the water temperature. It took quite a bit of effort to get the right balance. These two things definitely took away from the comfort of the stay, but everything else was great.
