Great Resort

It was very nice. The kids got to have fun inside and out. Perfect distance to Distance. The only thing that wasn't great was the bathroom sink and we couldn't use cash to pay for our coffee at the coffee shop. The sink didn't drain very well.

I book a 1 king bed and I get two queen bed. Please give what I book that’s all I ask , however everything was great and great breakfast too.

The room was great, as well as the facility and breakfast where Vivian made each morning enjoyable. The pool was very nice, and the Kid's area was probably one of the best I've seen. However, on my tower, the LACK of working Ice Machines is inexcusable. Both 2nd and 3rd floor machines were out of operation, and 4th floor was totally missing with only the water supply hose present. Staff should not say they would get these items fixed just to make the customer have hope they would have Ice at the end of a hot day. Other than the lack of Ice, everything else was wonderful, including every Staff Member talked with, all were very pleasant. Another Hugh plus was the No Smoking on premises. Loved that part.

Literally left the room in the middle of the night, checked out, and moved to another hotel due to an extremely hot room with no working AC, plus unpleasant smells. When I checked in, I specifically requested a king room, but they only offered me a room with two queen beds. On top of that, the room was located right by the exit door, far from the elevator and everything else. Never again.

The hotel charged extra 17 dollars perday as a resort fee. That is something i have heard for the first time. Breakfast was not free for all the My seco t child age 13 has to pay 14 dollars foe breakfast everyday.

Loved everything . Reminder there is a resort fee per day 19$ and deposit hold . But no parking fee . Shuttles to everywhere . Do not let the people in the front talk you into doing a tour for timeshare etc . If you’re going for vacation stick to that don’t give anyone else your time. Pool was amazing amenities amazing staff kind and helpful hospitality was wonderful. Can’t say enough good things !

Nice hotel near Disney theme parks. Beds were comfortable and staff very friendly and professional. The only issue we had was that our TV was not working. I contacted front desk and 5 minutes later, a maintenance employee came by and quickly fixed the problem.
