Creo que las habitaciones deberian estar mas pulcras con respecto al baño y utensilios de cocina. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas pero le faltan más utensilios de cocina y la atención mas cuidadosa con los huespedes de habla hispana. A mi se me fue el internet y la atencion de la manayer de la noche no fue la mejor y que yo tenia que llamar a lavompañia de Internet si soy la huesped. Al dia siguirnte llegó pero la otra manayer de Ecuador di fue muy atenta

My family and I love this hotel, there are 7 pools and 7 hot tubs. Room is spacious with kitchen which we need. This is our number 1 hotel in Orlando, we are definitely staying here again, we just love it too much.

The only thing I find a little uncomfortable at the property is the rules they have regarding swimming pool, rain and bad weather. I understand that they are safety rules for customers, but they become a little uncomfortable, because they take you out of the pool because of a flash that is felt almost 15 miles away and they do not let you return to it until an hour after the last drop of rain in case it rains even with the sun outside and with the forecast of no more rain.
