If they figure out how to manage oops the check in process, they will be a 10 out 10. The property is great but the check on the weekend takes hours. I know Ming lines are the norm at nearby Disney but this isn’t a thrill ride.

I rated the Vacation Village a "3" because when we checked into the first room, it didnt look anything like the advertisement that I booked online. It was extremely dated and it had an odor. Had I known, I wasn't going to get what was advertised on the Expedia booking page, I would have found another hotel in the area. I callled the front desk to see if I can change rooms and I was on hold for almost twenty minutes. I decided to go back to the check in desk and they end up giving us another room. Instead of gathering all of our belongjngs and relocating my family...My husband and I checked the new room but unfortunately it was the same style, just a different kitchen and comforter on the bed. By this time, i wanted to check out but it was so late. We went back to the lobby (it is now after 11:30pm) and spoke with a manager..It took about 25 minutes and he gave us a new room in the main building. This one looked like the advertisement online and like the one they showed on the introduction video on their televisions.

After having a reservation there were no rooms available. They sent us to downgraded hotel. Will not be booking here again. If this happens to you, make sure to call Expedia before signing any paper work with the hotel, Expedia can help you if you are having issues with your reservation. If you sign and the hotel relocates you, Expedia won’t be able to help you with the relocation because you have signed to get relocated. Don’t make this mistake and call Expedia right away so they can help you.

Check in took way too long. Transportation to parks not clearly labeled or explained. Staff there rude. Unit smelled like fried fish. Staff member did a “occupancy check” next door to us at 11:30pm when we were sleeping.carpets in hallways smelled and needs to be replaced

arrived and room was not ready as they gave our room away to someone else. Waited over an hour for them to find a room, after a long travel day with 2 tired kids. So then all grocery stores were closed and could not get anything for room as planned that night. first night we stayed someone opened our room at midnight waking me up and traumatizing my kids. I called front desk and wait d on hold at least 10 minutes to be told “sorry it was a glitch and we fixed it now”. Very reassuring indeed. I didn’t sleep well after that. the “2 bedroom room” is actually just 2 different rooms that are not connected except for a joined foyer. Keycards are unique to each room. Need to clarify that in description. Very misleading. furniture in room was very old and outdated. Sitting on couch was like sitting on wood bench. awkward logistical placing of racks to hang towels in bathroom. Sounds silly unless you want to take a shower and be able to grab a clean towel and not walk all over the floor dripping wet. bathroom sinks were nasty. Ring of green mildew lining them. one of the bathroom sinks had the stopper stuck so water wouldn’t drain. Told maintenance first day. Took repeated calls but they did finally address it. both toilets had an issue and needed maintenance calls during our stay. they do not clean your room EVER. Unless you wanna pay $25/ day. Who wants to clean on vacation?? they don’t give you enough towels constantly have to ask for more.

The shower was terrible, the curtain wouldn’t even stay shut because it was hung on level in water. Would just go all over the floor. As big and is nice as that place is you would think that the gym would be a lot better. The gym was a joke and what is available, People are in line waiting for.
