Check in took over 1/2 hour. Several counter staff standing around doing nothing while the line didn't move. A couple of the clerks were tied up with botched reservations so everyone else waited. Not appreciated at 11 PM. It felt like a car dealership dragging out the negotiations so long the customer just caves and accepts what hotel wanted to give them rather than what they booked. Two similar reservation errors just while we waited indicates a systemic reservation issue. I suspect it was more a system issue than the particular staff there, but I've stayed at some pretty low cost hotels over the years and this was the least professional staff presentation I have encountered, Certainly if I was considering purchasing a time share here, this would have killed it for me. Also most better resorts have outdoor amenities (pools etc) buy each group of buildings. This appeared to only have one at the main building. We didn't bother using that then.

We were not able to get into our room with our key, they loaded the wrong room number. The place was dated, really dated. Everything was old, the bed was super squeaky, remote to tv didn't work properly. I called about the washer and dryer not working, maintenance came, then said thwy would return, never did. This was day 1. It seems to be a "get them in, get them out" hotel. Big spectacle when you walk in, but when you get to your room, everything changes. It clearly needs an overhaul with upgrades hotel wide, but they are more worried about $.
