If they figure out how to manage oops the check in process, they will be a 10 out 10. The property is great but the check on the weekend takes hours. I know Ming lines are the norm at nearby Disney but this isn’t a thrill ride.

The room was clean and well equipped. The location and grounds are perfect. The check-in was a little painful and we initially were given a room that was occupied. The second room was good.

we were required to move into another room after staying for a week when we were told three times that the room we started in would be ours for 10 days. When we moved the room wasn't cleaned, we had to strip the bed and collect the dirty towels and place then in the hallway. When we returned at 8pm the new supplies weren't delivered and after another call they finally came a hour later for us to make the bed. No soap, kitchen supplies, etc. Not Happy

We showed up to vacation village only to be handed a letter saying that they can’t accommodate our reservation due to overbooking. They told us they moved us to a different resort that was 10 minutes down the road. Put into my GPS and it said 35 minute drive. Then had to fight with them and Expedia for a refund. After over 6 emails and an hour on the phone with Expedia they finally issued a refund the following day. Would never book here again.

The room and the staff we where told that our room wouldn’t be cleaned and still wasn’t ready after they checked us in took my money and told us to come back at 4 and we we came back we was told we don’t have a room then she went to talk to a manager and then gave us another room but an up grade a down grade it smelled and have half used toilet paper and empty shampoo on the counter

It was by far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life an hour and 20 minutes just to check in when I did get assigned a room. I went to the room and it had already been ran into someone else who was standing there in the room when I walked in. I then went back and it took 30 minutes to get reassigned another room I would never ever stay at this resort again.
