The property was well maintained on the outside. I would recommend an update to the rooms they are very dated with old furnitures and the televisions were old. New Tvs please!

We stayed here with the reviews being good and We stayed here with the reviews being good and our usual options being expensive due to spring break. We booked a “superior suite” (not quite sure what was so superior) over hopes of getting a nice room. We also requested a newer room. First of all location is fantastic. It is on the doorstep of Disney, 5 minute drive. Also 5 minute drive to Walmart and Target. Also Publix across the road with Starbucks, Wendy’s and Golden Corral amongst others. The property itself is vast with 14 buildings with lots of sports courts and an arcade and pools. We did not use any of these. On check in we were greeted by Eduardo, very kind and informative and an easy check in process. We were then told to head to the Guest Services for the parking pass. Anyone who has done this before knows this is a team of specialists selling time shares. Either way we politely declined the breakfast numerous times to which resulted in a parking pass being slapped on the table and the lady walking away. Up to our room and there were plenty of amenities. We had a kitchenette so sink, large fridge and cabinets with opposite a table with a microwave and hotplate on top. Large 4 chair kitchen table. Pull out sofa bed with a single chair also with a tv in the living room. One double bed in a separate room with a tv and wardrobe and a bath with shower and large sink. It's an old building. Conditions of the building were far from 5 stars. I would give it a 2 because of the condition of the building. It wasn't dirty but not the best. Bed was in really bad condition.

Overall amazing stay

Overall our stay was amazing. Great location, very clean and very spacious. Check in process was very easy and the pools are a great size. The only thing i would recommend are firner pillow and coffee.

My toilet broke (the chain to the flapper valve). I reported it but no one came to fix it. So for the last 2 days I had to reach inside the toilet tank and manually lift the flapper valve to flush the toilet. Not exactly my idea of cleanliness. Other than that the resort is beautiful, well located and my suite was very nice
