We had a very good experience. The localization is great, near to Disney, Walmart, Walgreens and Old Town. The house is very functional and the full kitchen was essential for a trip with children. Only the shower could be better, because in all the bathrooms there was little water in the showers.

Awesome! With a few issues....
I would stay at the Regal Oaks again! While the pictures do make the pool area look a little more luxurious than it might be...it does have a lot of loungers, etc, music, and fun for the kids. The bar is staffed by one person only, so it can take a little longer for drinks or food, but they work their butts off. We LOVED our condo - with the lake side view and hot tub...it was so relaxing, clean, and comfortable. This was the best part. We didn't have a rental car however, so we were a little unhappy when we found out we were in a condo at the furthest part of the property and had to walk with all our luggage. They do not rent out golf carts or let you have rides with staff...thankfully we had a couple drinks by then and laughed it off!! Also, rooms aren't ready til 4pm and they won't give you towels for the pool during that time - I think that is any EASY fix on their part....my only complaint is that the staff acted like we should know that and "too bad". But once that was over, everything was fine!!

Enjoyed the ease of checking in and the amenities that were available. The space available inside of the home. It was spacious enough but also felt like home. Love... love ... love this for my family and I. Definitely my go to resort from now on.

Initially the property seemed to be very nice, however upon our arrival we found underwear from the previous guests in our unit. We also battled a constant stream of cockroaches of all sizes in the kitchen area, we scheduled for staff to come spray the unit for the insects but no one arrived to spray the unit during our stay. The pool area was very clean in comparison to the unit, however I would not recommend dining on site.

Stayed at your property many times & always clean & lovely. Arrived late night very tired , it was disgusting to see many issues of this dorty unit. I reached out many times to hotels .com. never received any replys back. Upon chech out i met the manager to discuss this & show her pictures. I shouldn't be compensated, i cleaned th unit myself, why should I have to pay the cleaning . I can provide pictures

It was okay. Last time I stayed was much better. Townhouse was in need of an upgrade. Was not clean on arrival. Floors and baseboards were filthy and furniture not in good condition. Food and drinks were not good either. Need to have more entertainment. Will not be staying again.

I really loved staying at Regal Oaks. The townhome was so nice and spacious!! The one i stayed in backed onto a little lake with a water fountain, which was soo lovely. I ate my breakfast and lunch out there and enjoyed the peace and tranquility! The pool was nice and refreshing and the sun chairs and umbrellas were perfect! I would recommend this vacation rental to everyone! It is close to amenities and resturants, grocery and activities. I had a car rental which was very helpful as i was able to drive around to places ib the area.

If you’re looking for a somewhere to sleep at night and don’t plan on spending time in the townhouse then it’s done a great price for the location. However, I have stayed at other IDILIQ Resort locations with smaller units and had a much better experience. We decided to give this location a try since we’ve always had a great experience at the other location. However, this trip was a bust. We splurged on a three-bedroom townhome and everything from day 1 was horrible. The couches were stained and ripped. All of the walls were dirty. The kitchen had little ants crawling all over the counters before we even brought food into the home. The bathrooms had rain showers except the buttons didn’t work so only the handheld part worked. I was forced to take cold showers all trip because the hot water was barely enough for one person. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper and when I inquired the last day about ONE roll because we ran out, they gave me a hard time about it. The floors had chipped and cracked tiles. The fridge had a change filter light on so no clean water. The comforter in the master bedroom had stains on them. The dining room table had two burn mark. The Wi-Fi was super spotty. The tv worked in the rooms but only one remote for three bedrooms and it only flipped to three channels. The downstairs tv didn’t work at all. Overall it was one of the worst Expedia purchases I’ve made and that really sucks lm because they had a huge pool with two water.

I arrived a little after 4 and home still not ready. The house was dirty full of ants and appliances were disgusting I have pictures of need. The bathroom clogged when we called and they stated they could not do anything until next day because it was 1am so we had to buy a plunger because my aunt is elder and is couldn’t go up the stairs we had to fix. I also cleaned the appliances and tried keeping ants away did my best I sweep as much as I can but no mop was available also the jacuzzi also had no cover on the filter also the staff very unprofessional and the dining table was all dirty and a chair is broken I notified the front desk and I stated that I had already taken care after calling 3 times and going to the front desk various times in one day I couldn’t wait so I took care of all. Recommend never.

We stayed a week and they do not do house keeping or restock toilet paper, soap, paper towels or laundry soap you also have to launder your own towels. No extra blankets or pillows

Loved the property. Nice amenities. Our only complaint was that somehow the thermostat would kick back to 85 degrees everyday even though we’d set the ac for 72 everyday.
