We would stay there again!

Rooms were large and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hot daily breakfast was a nice touch. The pool was clean and warm. The proximity to Old Town and other walking amenities was great!

The pool was heated but on the first day of spring they turned off the heat. Hot tub was not full enough to run the filters. The sink faucet in the bathroom was corroded and created a spray. Breakfast was a typical free breakfast. The blonde lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful but the laundry staff…not so much. I asked for towels an he just shrugged and said ‘when they’re ready’ and walked away. That was at 1:00 still no towels at three. I finally went to the front desk and she found some towels around two. Beds could be replaced…I could feel the springs. Not bad for the price.

We have stayed here 3 times now. Hotel is safe, clean and in a convenient location. Old Town is by hotel which is fun to walk to for mini golf, rides and the little shops/places to eat.

We liked the breakfast very much. The lemon water was pleasant. We enjoyed the herbal teas. Our favorite is Earl Grey. When we arrived at 3 our room wasn't ready. They stored our luggage for us until our room was ready.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My husband, 2-year-old, and I were booked from March 7-11, but we couldn’t last even one night due to the terrible conditions. We checked out the next morning and found an Airbnb instead. The room was filthy—dust everywhere, mold and dust in the air conditioning unit, and soap scum, rust, and build-up in the bathroom. The pillows and sheets reeked. I was completely grossed out, especially being 8 months pregnant and having my child with me. To make matters worse, the noise was unbearable. I could hear everything—footsteps from the rooms above and conversations in the hall. I didn’t sleep at all. When we asked to switch rooms, the front desk refused, claiming the hotel was “booked.” The guests were also sketchy, and I did not feel safe at all. I tried to check out the next morning, but the front desk refused to help, saying Expedia had to handle it. Despite providing evidence of the poor conditions, the hotel refuses to refund us. This hotel has terrible customer service and is in awful condition. I strongly advise against staying here or at any of their locations.

We stayed at this hotel during March break 2025. It is located 10 mins drive to multiple Disney parks , 2 mins walk to Old town area which has 30 eating options. Pool is nice , parking is convenient , breakfast options are plentiful. It is great value for money !

Overall the property was well kept. There might be certain things in the room that could be updated to make it look more modern and clean. We stayed in a room with bathroom with a tub and it did show signs of being outdated. The suite we stayed on was very spacious and comfortable.

Front desk people helpful and polite. Check in was fast. Pool and hot tub were good. The floors around the elevator on each floor look like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks! Sticky spills and grimy. The carpets in the hallways were just as filthy. Remnants of food and bits of garbage. Hallways always had a musty smell. Our room was pretty clean but was in need of repairs.
