The room was small. Had an odd smell.. no fridge or microwave in the room.. it seemed like a lot of people lived in the hotel long term.. The room was never touched my housekeeping all week. We got our own bath towels from the front desk. Location is great the staff were friendly.

The room was not clean, it smelled like urine. And, there were a lot of roaches. We didn’t need something fancy. We just needed a place to rest before going back to the road. But, we are not staying there again, not even to sleep

Yes, staff is good, but there was no heat in my room and the AC barely blew any air. One bed was missing a cover. I’m a maintenance man myself, so I just dealt with the chaos on my own, but I still had to spend money I didn’t have on a portable heater. This really made my stay uncomfortable. This is the 2nd time maintenance has shown it's unprofessional upkeep 😞😞....
