This was our 4th time staying at this hotel, and was by far the worst experience. Maybe it was an off weekend due to it just being spring break, but we didn’t have a great experience.

The hotel was filthy. I’ve never had that experience before but we exited the elevator to our room and the floor was filthy. I thought maybe they hadn’t gotten around to cleaning it but we woke the next day and it was still dirty. The bottom of the beds had stains, the towels were dinghy and there was stains on the lamp shades; the floors were so bad in the bathroom area we went and bought a swiffer. I was very displeased but because this time was a one night stay I didn’t make a huge deal.

Top NOTCH

We booked for a short staycation. Very pleased with the hotel. Check in line was a bit slow but everyone was friendly and we were able to leave our bags at the an area until our room was ready. We enjoyed the pool/ lazy river while waiting on our room. I have to say our breakfast at the buffet was delicious BUT the service was top notch. Our waitress JOAN really made our last day awesome!! What a lovely person. You don’t find people like her much anymore.

If you aren't staying on Disney property then this is the place to stay! Pool, lazy river an area for the children to stretch their legs! Just a beautiful hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay was not a pleasant one. We had to change rooms four times during our stay, which was incredibly frustrating. Two of the rooms we were given had bugs and a cockroach, which was unacceptable. The third room was in extremely dirty condition, with noticeable stains and an overall lack of cleanliness. While one issue might be understandable, having to deal with four different rooms shows a much larger problem with the hotel’s maintenance and cleanliness standards. It’s clear there’s a lack of attention and care being given to the rooms and overall guest experience. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's disappointing, as the location had potential, but the lack of proper upkeep made it an unpleasant experience. I hope the management takes the necessary steps to address these problems for future guests.

The area and location is great if you’re utilizing all the theme parks and everything around there is accessible. Check in was handled incorrectly. They put us in a complete different room than I reserved in a complete different building. When we got to the room which was quite a hike to walk and called to let them know that , they shared with me my original room had a water leak and they had to move our reservation to another room. They should’ve expressed that when I checked in and asked me if I still wanted to be in the same building and the same type of room instead of moving me to a complete different building with one bed, we needed two beds . no mention of this at all at check-in, anyway they rectified it, but the way they handled it was not the right way and un- professional. I did express that to them they know now and didn’t apologize. Because of that, I don’t know if I would stay there again it’s an average hotel for the money. It needs a major renovation and update in my opinion.
