We walk in and immediately get hit with a sales pitch for a timeshare. Rooms are musty and the toilet didn’t work. We waited 30 minutes while they tried to fix it instead of just moving us. Finally got moved after demanding a refund. Second room was what we expected to begin with - nice and clean. The first room was run down and awful. I doubt very much that I will ever stay here again.

It is not in a good condition, it should be a 40 to 60 usd per night hotel at the most. Dining options are very limited, the staff is not friendly at all, in fact they have been very rude in general and very slow too, they are probably understaffed since the facilities are quite large. I will not stay again at this hotel and cannot recommend it to anyone for more than one night.

I have been here at least 3 times and this is our go to place when looking for an affordable hotel off 192. Close to theme parks, close to Old Town, close to dining and shopping also. The breakfast there is good and the staff and rooms have been great. See you again next time!

We liked that it was a place to stay but that was it. It could definitely use an upgrade, toilet seat was loose, bathroom light was falling off, mini fridge didn't work very good, no towels at the pool, lots of out of order signs in laundry room and then the agent that took me away from family time.

There was plenty of lighting and I did feel safe. I liked the large bottles of body wash, body lotion and shampoo in the shower. The room is a bit outdated but not a deal breaker. Had a nice sand volleyball court, basketball court and very small mini golf. Pool was nice.

Carpet was filthy, it made a crunching sound when we walked on it. Only two outlets worked in the room. The bathroom and kitchen area was dirty and rusty. The tower needs a renovation. We’re sadly never going to return.
