The entrance to property was nice. Room was horrible! Beds were old and uncomfortable, even pillows were flat. Continental breakfast was not free. Only one elevator worked. Shuttle to Universal was booked, had to take a lift. Checked out early, staff wasn't willing to accommodate anything. The experience was awful, do not recommend!

The beds need better bedding and a thicker blanket. The AC was too cold but when you turn it one degree up the room got too hot. The shower curtain did not stay close and water got everywhere. The staff at the ticket desk was a little rude to me.

The rooms are terrible and the smell is awful. The guest service is terrible as well. I dont always write bad reviews but this hotel is a low rated one. Only good part was the waterpark and the heated pools. I would recommend you find some other hotels for a peaceful sleep.
