I went on the computer for weeks looking for the best deal on a "captivating" room at the B Resort. I finally found one and paid a much steeper price than a regular crappy room. This was a once in a lifetime trip to Disney for my sister, my 6 year old daughter and myself. When we got into our room it was a basic 2 bed on the ground floor with view of parking lot. It smelled musty, sheets were dirty, toilet and shower area had no fan and there was no microwave. I complained to front desk and they informed me that the fire panel was being worked on on the upper floors so we couldnt use elevator and wouldn't know if there was a fire. Why were we not notified beforehand? Where was my refund of the price difference on the room I requested and paid for? I have back issues and was looking to sleep on the "captivating " rooms sofa, they said they couldn't get me a sofa, so I only got a few hours sleep a night. My vacation was ruined due to this incident and I will never use travelocity again because I feel I was duped into a crap room because I purchased an online package deal. I witnessed 2 different couples using the elevator, how and why. Never again!!

Most things were broken. Door to the suite wouldn't even shut. How can you call it a suite if the door won't shut? Fridge didn't work. Coffee pot didn't work. Toilet was leaking. Room was so humid and musty that our phone chargers couldn't even charge our phones, bed was wet when getting in it on a daily basis. No housekeeping services due to COVID-which wasn't mentioned on the Travelocity website when booking. No microwave in room, though stated in booking that was a room amenity. One person at the front desk at all times, despite the hotel having over 500 rooms? Had to wait in line for quite some time for check in, check out and to try to get problems fixed.

The hotel itself was nice and pretty clean but the service was horrible. I had to ask for toilet and towels like 4 times before I had to go to the front desk myself and get some. No one cleaned our room for the whole 6 nights I stayed. The little snack shop was closed and random times during the day and there was no towels at the pool area at any time I went day or night .

we love the ambience of the hotel, the pool was good no many eating options. i didnt like that they didnt clean our room in 5 days we stayed there saying becauce of the covid. no even taking our trash out. the room was clean with a refrigerator but no microwave. i like the space and the location we had an issue with the lights on our first roomand the y upgraded us to a room with disney fireworks view. the personal was very friendly ,

If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would. The hotel is incredibly dirty. The whole weekend we saw trash outside hotel rooms, dirt all over the hallways, and no hotel employees ever came to clean it. They charge resort fees without any resort style perks. No spa, no room service, no housekeeping..nothing. Even the coffee machine in the room barely works, and they provide a plastic cup for you to drink it in. The pool was dirty and unkempt and surrounded by people smoking weed all weekend. For a “Disney” style resort, it was far from family friendly. The parking isn’t even monitored by anyone, but they charge $23 a day for self parking. Again, had their been security outside checking vehicles, no problem.. but this was not the case. The staff was apathetic at best and barely said hello. We had to ask for information on shuttles, wifi passwords, etc as it wouldn’t have been explained to us otherwise. It was a very disappointing experience and we will not be staying there again.

Our hotel was infested with bed bugs and all they did was wave our $30 parking fees. Disgusted by the cleanliness of the hotel and the service from front desk.

The resort was understaffed, and we had to wait behind 6 people to get checked in (and it was after 530pm- not really a rush time). The main elevators were out of order and we had to use the freight elevators. Very inconvenient. When we needed to call for extra towels (we were only given 3 for a party of 5), it took forever for someone to answer the phone. But they did bring up towels within a half an hour. The QR code we were given to arrange transportation to the parks did not work, and no one was able to answer the phone to give us further information! There were no sheets or blanket or pillow for the pull out bed. And when we pulled out the bed, the mattress looked stained and dirty! My son had to end up sleeping curled up on the "couch" with no sheet or blanket! The wake-up call I set up did not happen. It's a good thing we set an alarm on our phones! Food in the take out section of the lobby was out of much of their food selections by 830am! And with the restaurant not seating people, we were left with little options for a meal. But, on the plus side, it was within walking distance to Disney Springs, and the beds were comfortable. The room served it's purpose as we had to find a room for one night due to a mix-up with our return flight home. But, I definitely wouldn't stay here for any extended period of time!

Customer service was horrible, I called the front desk and also house keeping for 25 minutes with no answer. I stayed on the 16th floor and had to wait for elevator granted only 2 elevators out of 3 were working and at one point 1 out 3 were working. Once I got down stairs I told the front desk and there response was we are short staffed of course that's not my problem. This was Friday June 4th the day of check in. On June 5th I asked the front desk for some towels while we were at the pool for the room so this would give them time while we enjoyed the pool 3 hours later no towels and I had to go back down stairs to complain again. Customer Service and Employee's need some training which is long over due...I will never stay here again. P.S. The resort needs a good pressure wash and new paint job it has mildew and mold all over building...looks like it hasn't been done in years if not ever!!!
