Overall hotel staff not very accommodating. Very little hospitality and when asked for a few water bottles replied quickly you need to purchase water bottles. Most hotels provide free water bottles to their guests. Luggage carts could not be used by guests without hotel employee following the guest. Seems hotel guests are treated like untrusted people. Very cold attitude by hotel staff. Overall experience was poor and would not recommend this resort.
