I booked a studio king with a sleeper sofa only to be placed in a room way smaller than that. Upon realizing I was placed in the wrong room, I told the front desk who was supposed to be cleaning a room of proper size for me and my to transfer to. Upon seeing the room, we find that we were now moved to an handicap accessible room. One, nothing against the handicapped but me nor my wife are handicapped. Two, that is not the that I booked. So now, we had to deal with not having the room type we booked, but dealing with an accessible room with its exaggerated amenities not for us. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and our backs hurting. There was no sleeper sofa in the room. We had no closet space. The ironing board was already small in the other room but even smaller in this one. It was just not a good experience at all.

We arrived late on Saturday night. I sent a message to the hotel saying we were not coming in until late. We got to the hotel and the front desk told me they overbooked and we had to go to a different hotel. So, after a 3 hr flight and 40.minute car ride. We had to drive another 20 minites to a different hotel. Then, when we went to check in the next day, the front desk person said, that I was supposed to check in the day before. It all got worked out, but we will not be staying at this hotel again.

Staffed was super friendly and nice and for me and wife the breakfast was good. Also our room was very clear and the bed was amazing. The only negative this was you have to pay for parking and if you down your car will definitely be towed. Also parking is a 3rd party but my business was in downtown which was a short drive. Worth every penny.

This hotel was very clean and the property looks well kept. The ice machine on our floor did not work. But we just went to another floor..Also, there was no safe in the room.. We got a one bedroom suite. The bed was very small like a full, not a queen. The breakfast had hot food and was pretty good except no ketchup for the potatoes. The staff was very friendly and helpful... other than the few negative things the room was very nice and I would stay here again..

Let’s start at the beginning: The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby was pristine and beautifully decorated. The elevator was quick and the hallways were clean. And then the room, it was perfect… above all expectations. The stay: I wish we had booked a longer stay because it was so comfortable and spacious. I didn’t even feel like I was in an hotel. And the view our room had was perfect for our kids to watch the rides at night. The morning: The kitchen in the room was clean and stocked with coffee mugs for an easy morning routine. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options and was not a hot mess like many other waffle bars. 10/10 would recommend!!

I had the pleasure staying here for 4 days while in Orlando. My main purpose was to visit the universal parks which was a 10-15 uber ride away. My sister stayed behind with the dog & explored the outlets, shopping & food areas which are all short walks from the hotel. Rooms & bathrooms are spacious & clean. Comes with an equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave, dish washer, stove & garbage disposal. We were on the highest floor (7) & had a nice view of the pool, Deezerland & McDonalds. Breakfast was served every morning & was good with edge, sausage, bacon, waffle station, cereal, fruits & juices. The lobby had self service coffee, tea & iced water section which was nice after coming in from a hot day. All the employees were pleasant. The lobby, lobby bathrooms, hallways, rooms, gym, fire pit, pool & outside around the property were all kept neat & clean. Very convenient location by the outlets & food. Accepted dogs, but didn’t provided any treats or supplies. The iced water in the lobby came in VERY HANDY for our dog. The bedroom section of the room was a bit on the dark side. Could use a stronger lamp instead of the light up decoration on the wall. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.
