This is my default place to stay when I come to Orlando, no matter if I’m going to any park, or for an event or just transitioning. This resort has the best combination of price, location and food. The restaurants are the main thing here, plus the availability of rooms.

I purchased this for. my daughter and son in law to take my grandchild for his 4th birthday. They had cockroaches in their first room, they moved rooms. They were given a "free" late check out and 3 drink ticket for the inconvenience. The next morning they woke up to ANTS in the second room. They took pictures and went to go to the front desk, they forgot something in the room and went to go back and were locked out of the room. Their key cards shut off so the late check out wasn't added to the cards. The housekeeping person refused to let them back in the room. They went to the front desk to get back in the room and let them know this room had ants. The front desk person was less than helpful so my daughter asked to speak to a manager. The manager offered them a free meal voucher for the ant issue. It was explained they did not want to eat where there were cockroaches and ants. The manager said they would refund the cost of the room since it was such an awful experience. I hope they do. SO DISAPPOINTED that a hotel with great reviews has a cockroach infestation.
