We stayed for a quick two night stay for Epic Universe, this hotel was amazing and more than reasonable priced. The front desk staff was awesome and having a coffee shop in the lobby was a huge bonus. 10/10 recommend!

Great convenient location to Universal Parks. Great staff! Our ac was knocking and the staff quickly fixed the problem. Only complaint is the smoking area is right outside the lobby and the smoke carries into the lobby.

Be prepared to wait while checking in.

Check in was awful. The line was long and the number of staff was small. They had 2-3 employees checking a line of 20 people in and every time they finished checking someone in the employee left the counter for over 5 minutes. It took 45 minutes to check in and I was the 7th person in line. The rooms are not very comfortable and the bathroom was dirty (tile had mold and there was hair on the toilet and sink). Will not stay here again.

My room had roaches and the pool was full of bacteria and viruses my grandson eyes crusted shut swollen glands sore throat fever and chills on a 7 day vacation he swam every day the first 5 days he’s a little guy just learning to hold his breath so he swallowed quite a bit of water I had a poolside view after the roach management moved our room to a view of the parking lot Expedia refunded me $245 never ever again I will definitely upgrade and stay away from resorts

Perfect hotel if you need 3 queen beds. Rooms were ample-sized with lots of outlets, hooks for hanging stuff, and shelves for phones, drinks, etc. The Food court has lots of options. The pool was large, and the lifeguards were very attentive. The buses get crowded, but it's a quick ride to the parks.

Too many issues with housekeeping. Didn’t replenish towels when requested or clean. Housekeeping staff was not always polite and courteous. Very noisy and crowded all day. Food options were limited and not that tasty. The only positives were the shuttle transportation to the parks and the early admission. Otherwise, not worth the money.
