Beautiful space. The area that surrounds them is great. The lobby and pool area very special. The only problem was the Room had a musty smell

Extremely loud music playing from across the street all hours of the night. Made it very difficult to get any rest. Front dest was rude and would not let us get a few paper plates for our pizza that got delivered to the hotel. Breakfast was disgusting and most days cold or hard as a rock. We arriced at 3pm for check in but our room was not feqdy until after 4pm.

We are sorry we you found us rude because we don't carry paper plates at the desk, loud music is from Hookah bar down the road we do not have ownership, we doubt that you waited until 4pm to check in because our check in time is at 3pm, and even in our busiest days our guest get checked in accordingly.

It wasn’t dirty, but it didn’t look very appealing at all. We had to switch rooms because the bed was dirty.

Dear Guest, We are in the middle of a complete room renovation and during that time our hallways are not always as clean as they should. I apologize for that. We expect to be finished in March this year and hope you will come and see us again some time.

It was old and musty and dirty. The room was open and unlocked when we arrived and didn't feel safe

The property is is bad conditions, dirty, the rooms are dirty not painted, the ceilings are patched up. I don't know how Wyndham can put their name on this hotel.
