Everything was nice, pool was clean and warm, staff were great. SUPER close to the universal parks, if you don’t take the shuttle I recommend an uber it was only $7 each way to and from the park.

The shower was broken, furniture is old and rusted, things exposed, lamp old with rust, there was hair in the bed, sink clogged, front door broken! Overall, night stay was horrible! Will NOT return!

Great Staff, can be cleaner

The staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Very centralized and minutes from universal studios. Pillows were extremely bumpy, hard and uncomfortable. There was a red stain on my sheets.

The customer service is subpar. They aren't really professional and the breakfast is pretty bad. It's the bare minimum hotel with rooms that look like motel rooms. honestly the only benefit are the shuttles that take you to Disney and Universal. Don't count on staying in this hotel room for a long time because it's not the greatest.

I like the outside access and that it was very quiet, whether that was because the walls are thicker or they didn’t put neighbors next to us. Either way that was very pleasant. While they didn’t say anything to us directly, there was a small sign stating food was not permitted in rooms, nor was there a microwave in the room which was quite annoying, as we had leftovers since we were on vacation for a few days.
