Staff was friendly. Room was ok, water pressure in shower wasn’t the best, and if you wanted to take a bath, you couldn’t completely shut off shower head. Faucet to tub was very lose. Water never got really hot. Tv channel selection was horrible. Fire alarm randomly went off at 1:30 in the morning.

This is a very subpar hotel. There are so many bad things to list and very few good ones. The room was dirty with spiderwebs, food crumbs, and old plates and plastic ware from previous guests. The shower head had hardly any pressure and the tub was very very slow draining. The free breakfast offered was laughable. Plain dried out white bread, cold rubbery egg patties and old cereal. The best part about this hotel is the location. It is very conveniently located. Lots of good and fun near by.

The checkin clerk was so unfriendly and rude. This place is a one and done. I booked a pool view room and the only view I had was a wall. This place is not recommended at all

Property was okay. The air conditioner in my room did not work very well, and I did see a couple bugs (cockroaches) during my stay. The ice machines were not working. However staff was very friendly, and for the price and location it wasn’t too bad. Bed was comfortable.

Front desk staff NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, the hot water ran out aaaaaand they have BED BUGS!!!!!! You have GOT to be kidding me! I would never stay here again nor would I recommend this property to anyone. Not to mention an extra $100 to the booking AFTER the room was paid for.

Check in was horrible. Only one person working front desk. No on-site manager. I travel with a service dog and the front desk did not check the message alerting them to this, so when i got here, they said the king room i booked was not available because i have a pet. I again advised the front desk my animal is not a pet, he is a service dog and she tried to make me step aside so she check in the other guests that arrived after me. I asked for a manager and was then told there was not one on site and to step aside and she contact them when she could to see what she could do, and again tried to check in the other guests. Then she tried to give me a room that was suitable for pets, and not ehat i booked. I for a 4th time advised her my dog is NOT A PET, but is a service animal. She then radioed for someone to come to the front desk. A guy came after about 10 minutes who i think was in maintenance. He showed us to a room on the first floor that was a king bed like i booked. I agreed. We went back to the front desk where she was checking in a guest out of order so there were 5 other guests waiting to be checked in because she had taken someone who just walked up to the desk and did not wait in line. Even after the guy showed us the room, she continued to say she couldn't put us in that room because it said it wasn't clean. They need to have more staff and friendlier front desk workers.
