Clean property, no need to leave the hotel, if you stay in the north tower, you can see the fireworks at Disney every night at 9pm from your room's balcony. I will say things add up really fast and can get pricey. It is convenient to have dining options and activities on-site though.

Hotel was conveniently located close to Disney. Property was very nice and well kept. The only issue we had was our toilet in our bathroom was clogged when we arrived but maintenance quickly came to the room to fix it.

ROOM SPOTLESS, STAFF COURTEOUS, FOOD OPTIONS ENDLESS AND ALL DELICIOUS I MAY ADD. THE HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES WERE GREAT INCLUDING THE HOLIDAY VILLAGE AND THE SPECTACULAR FIREWORK DISPLAY. VERY SAD WE MISSED THE DRONE SHOW. THE SLIDES WERE FUN AND THE SWIMMING POOL WONDERFULLY WARM. A WONDERFUL FAMILY GETAWAY. WE WILL BE RETURNING HOPEFULLY VERY SOON :-) ONLY REGRET WAS NOT BOOKING A POOL VIEW ROOM SO THAT WE COULD WATCH THE FIREWORK DISPLAY AND THE DRONE SHOW FROM OUR ROOM WHEN IT WAS COLD OR IF OUR LITTLE MAN WAS TOO TIRED TO STAY UP FROM HAVING TOO MUCH FUN IN THE POOL :)

The polyester robe instead of a cotton terry was a big disappointment along with having to pay for internet service if you aren’t a Bonvoy member. And finally, room service without a tray to sit and enjoy your meal with someone over a conversation … today’s world is missing the amenities with prices going higher and higher but service lower and lower. Overall the stay was great!

Rooms were clean every day. the staff were good for the most part, just one front desk attendant was not as friendly as she should be. But property was beautiful and huge. wish there was more communication on how to get to and from some locations, spent alot of time figuring out where to go.
