The price was suppose to be all fees included, i was charged 134.96 extra for Resort fees and tax, also the room was dirty and the heating unit made very loud banging noises when starting and shutting off.

We unfortunately had a pipe burst overtop our room in the middle of the night and it caused us to flood. Some of our stuff was damaged do to this and the situation wasn’t handled the best. Things are starting to be rectified now and some of the staff was kind about it but I don’t know yet how it will be resolved regarding our damaged items as there is a waiting period. I am hoping our experience was just a one off due to the extenuating circumstances.

Overall the stay was ok, the resort is huge and nice but we had a few issues. The room smelled like chemicals when we got there, I’m sure it was just what they used to clean the room but I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and never had a room smell so strong of chemicals. There was an extra fee to use the water park which was never mentioned during booking which upset my daughter very much because she really looked forward to playing and we arrived 30 Minutes before it closed and wasn’t going to pay $25 when I thought it was included. The front desk staff that checked us in also told me the wrong closing times for the water park so we thought we had a lot more time than we actually had. The bar at the pool was supposed to be open until 7pm according to the website but closed at about 6:15pm. We tried calling the restaurant to see if we could order Togo from there and the never answered multiple calls. Overall, it was a nice hotel but I definitely expected more only to be disappointed over and over again.
