Devonte was the nicest while checking us in, Elizabeth at the universal counter is amazing at her job and was a real hero and the spa ladies were our favorite. Sokie and the ladies need a big raise. Everyone was so sweet, the Starbucks ladies were very nice and always a nice break during the day.

Clicking in room was loud enough to wake me up 2 nights in a row. Walls and doors seemed super thin, as everything could be heard. Getting towels was like pulling teeth. Eventually someone dropped a bag of towels inside our door while i was in the shower. No time or eta. Showed up and the ac wasnt working. Construction all over the grounds made traffic annoying, backed up, and overall ridiculous. Would also like more dining options. Overall, there was plenty to do on the grounds, but a lot of small things added up. Kids running around the lobby, no parenting taking place, and no assistance by staff to find a parent. Housekeeping using the only elevator between floors 5 and 6 kept me waiting woth large suitcases for way too long despite having closets on each floor. Then stalled our elevator with us on it to continue a conversation with another worker.

The property itself is huge and the suites are nice. The area around the property is beautiful. Our whirlpool did not work properly though. If the whirlpool was in working order, this would have been a 5 star review.

Before checking i should have asked to tour the room. Faucet wonky and loud neighbors who clearly like to drink and fight. Hotel checked the faucet , but it need a fix not quick fix. Dining is expensive but lacking taste. Westgate Las Vegas was better which is why we tried Westgate in Orlanda. Should have chosen Marriott. We didnt enjoy any resort stuff but resort fee wasnt too bad.
