Very clean indoor and outdoor. Pools were great clean and heated, service was great but the room was hot. The air conditioning system wasn’t too good bring a fan.

The room was ok, service not existing. We got a call to let us know we have a breakfast including in our room than we got ready walk to the breakfast room to be stop to go sign for a timeshare to be able to get breakfast, everything in the hotel was in additional cost, water park its not part of the hotel as represented when you order the room. Its tourist trap not an hotel. No room service no room cleaning nothing. Definitely will never be back.
