I had an amazing experience at The Wave Hotel in Orlando. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and professional across the board. I liked the cleanliness of the bathroom and high tech toilet. The room was spacious and the balcony was big. I was not pleased with seeing specks of ketchup or something on the linens when I pulled them back. I requested for them to be changed and housekeeping did so while we were out. The charcuterie platter that I ordered was waiting there for us, but it was left uncovered. There are not many exciting things to do in the immediate area.
