There is nothing to not like about this hotel! We stayed in a King Balcony room. Curtains automatically open and shut as you enter the room. The toilet is a 100 out of 10! The pool is great. People were very helpful. Wonderful place!

This is a higher-end property. I don’t have any complaints. It was clean and comfortable. The food was pricey but tasty. It definitely needs, however, SOME kind of gift shop since there is nowhere within walking distance to buy anything but food. There is a Starbucks within an 8-minute walk, but a place to pick up snacks, drinks, forgotten toiletries, souvenirs, etc. would make this hotel go from good to great.

The property was AMAZING. All aesthetic was top notch. I am very pleased with the whole experience but just the attention from staff was very unpleasant. Typical Hispanic treatment, judgmental and did not want t9 hustle in the restaurant next to the pool. Restaurant Nani was immaculate.
