Gear facility and great location yet with continuous housekeeping issues and lacking the normal and expected room cleaning requirements. This was a long stay of 26 days and the requested minimal cleaning visits like once a week and despite this and the room does not get vacuumed or mopped until we complain. Unfortunate and evidently it is the usual standard at this facility as other guests we also complaining in front of me at another instance with the reception.

Horrible experience our hotel room did not have any hot water our entire stay we called the front desk for help in which they sent someone to fix it 3 times after maintenance supposedly fixed it they told us to wait 30 mins each time and the water should be hot all I wanted to do was take a nice hot shower/ bath and wash my hair after traveling but I couldn’t finally on our last night before having to check out they decided to give up a different room to use the hot water so we can bathe. I would never recommend this place the dinning table was cracked and glued together outdoor furniture had cigarette burns all on the chair and table

All staff members I encountered were very accommodating. The rooms were great. Although I did not personally experience the amenities, my family members shared that they were excellent. This is definitely a place I would like to visit again.

When I arrived to my room, a strong smell of bleach entered my nose and my eyes start running with tears. I told the customer service team and they were able to bring me a fan. The room was pretty big, had one bedroom with bathtub and shower. The mattress was a little old. Had dents in it. I had to use 3 pillows to lie in bed and yet still this was not enough to keep my head elevated on the bed, which helps being a side sleeper. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was nice, made you feel like you were at a resort. There is not breakfast service, you have to pay for everything. They have a market with extremely elevated prices. We walked to a nearby 7/11 to buy some food and water. You do get "premium water" with your coupon but it is not premium water, purified water in non BPA free plastic. I had to call service 3-4 times to fix stuff. My toilet was not flushing. Someone gave engineer wrong information, so he had to come twice to fix the toilet. Then there was an outlet that was not working. It was supposed to get fixed but no one ever showed up. The blamed this on the fact that I had my "do not disturb sign" up. I did take the sign down for them to fix the outlet but instead, outlet was not fixed and housekeeping came in my room cleaning (when I only asked for towels). I don't like when someone has to come to my room daily. It is very inconvenient. The manager did take $70 off from my resort fees, which is another story. You have to pay $35 a night for resort fees.
