Beautiful Hotel, Great Location, Bad Concierge

Pros: Great location. Very beautiful. Well kept. Felt secure. Kind helpful employees
Cons: Concierge service very disappointing. Provide better information as to what the hotel itself all has to offer at time of check-in.
Location: Very close to everything - Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Restaurants, Shopping, Downtown Disney, Disney Springs, etc.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was well kept & friendly staff. We did feel they could have told us about a few more things at the time of check- in that the hotel provided - each day we learned something new but may have been able to take advantage of sooner. I would not recommend using the hotel Concierge. They misinformed us about a 7:00pm reservation stating we did not need to be on time which we thought was strange but believed them because they stated the entertainment went on until late in the evening. When we got to our table at 8pm per her suggested time & found out our actual reservation card had an arrival time of 7pm & and a time to leave set at 9:30pm so we lost out on an hour of entertainment. Also, we asked to book tickets to Universal Studios & add on the Blue Man Group. We were given a receipt and told that was our ticket. Again, come to find out the Concierge only booked the Blue Man Group, no tickets to Universal and we had to take our receipt to a specific counter to get actual tickets to BM Group not to mention we then had to get in yet a different line to purchase tickets to Universal which we could have done on line ourselves and been much better off. Maybe use them for some information but would never book anything through them - charges were through Expedia for some of it & the cost was more than if we did it our self. Overall, really nice hotel would stay again but very disappointed with Concierge service & would not use or recommend.

Great place near attraction

Everything here was outstanding. Our condo was great the staff was outstanding. Everyone on the staff we encountered from check in during the entire time was extremely helpful and wanted very much to make sure everything was just right for us. Would highly recommend a stay here for any one

Beware! Pushy sales!

We nearly had to run from the sales guy! Locked out of our room due to a faulty door! Staff said it would be fixed when we came back, 6 hrs later in 100 degree, still locked out! It took 46mins to get our dinner while dining in the outside restaraunt! Very disappointing!

Excellent All Around!

Fantastic hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights 4 days. Everything was amazing from room cleanliness to staff. Extremely accommodating. Pools are clean and always staff around to assist when needed. Only negative is I wish we would've stayed longer! Will absolutely be staying here again!

An enjoyable stay.

Location: A quick drive to Seaworld; however - traffic was a little difficult: but that comes with the area.
Stayed overnight while visiting Seaworld. Room appeared just renovated; "They had painters on the premise the next day - they were even friendly too." They had at least two pools, of which our family enjoyed the second smaller one and had it to ourselves. Check in and out was painless. There is nothing negative I could say for this stay.

Royal Rumble weekend

Very nice property. The staff was great, the room very comfortable, and plenty to do on property. When we arrived in the evening the concierge recommend a nice restaurant and made us reservations then printed out directions. Kudos!

Very nice resort

If you want to go to Sea World, Discovery Cove, and Universal great place to stay. Sea World is literally across the street, Discovery Cove is around the corner, and Universal is a short 15 minute drive. I only wish we had more time, we were in parks all the time and didn't have the time to explore the resort itself. Only complaint was that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom had a horrible squeal on any speed other than low. I called engineering/housekeeping and within a few minutes a gentleman was there to fix. Although it wasn't fixable, we left for the day and by the time we returned at dinner time a brand new fan had been installed. Would definitely return.

First time

Did not like the room they gave us we overlooked nothing but a high tree and sidewalk did not offer another room Staff friendly hotel clean activities awesome for children Help desk felt rushed and lack of communication
