This hotel is conveniently located to most major attractions. Overall, it’s well maintained and appeared to be very clean. The evening front desk staff were amazing; my contact was mostly with them. My only issues were my shower reeked of mold (it had been caulked over), areas around the bathroom sink are being overlooked during cleaning, the noise from the rooftop bar at night and the restaurant not being enclosed which caused the entire first floor to smell like curry upon entry. Although, it was super cute, the beds were comfy and the room itself was clean, I would probably not stay here again.

The room was nice but the pool was disgusting. We went to go for a swim and there was scum and receipts and other things in the pool. It didn’t look to be cleaned or maintained.

I stayed in room 508 our only complaint was the room was too close to the elevator hearing everyone walk by and doors slam. Also you can hear the the cars on the express way. I like that house keeping doesn’t come everyday bc that gets annoying. Bed was comfy and super clean room! Free cable No microwave, didn’t get to enjoy pool or roof too bc it was a little chilly. Also we didn’t have time for the restaurant. Location was perfect seeing we were going to universal! Overall I would recommend it and stay again at maybe a lower price and away from the elevators.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the water wasn’t hot. It would be hot for about 5 minutes and then turn cold and never get hot again. Maintenance tried to fix the issue but it continued to go from hot to cold quickly. Another guest also was able to charge things to my room which was unacceptable. Other than that, the facility is nice and the people are nice.

Honestly a great hotel in terms of conveniency for food, shopping and fun activities. What you get for the price is also great as while still being affordable. Sadly didn’t take a look at the pool on the top floor but everything from the room to the service was great. Did see some bad reviews in terms of not having a microwave in the room but didn’t bother me. The reviews mentioning parking were completely off as they also provide you with a permit if you have your own vehicle. The smell guests mentioned about coming from the restaurant wasn’t bad and smelled good just wish I had more time to stay and definitely look forward to coming back again!
