The BW Gateway is my home away from home when I visit Orlando. The rates are affordable. The rooms have everything I need. There is a nice buffet breakfast (not free), The food at the sback bar is terrific. Above all, the staff and service at this hotel are exrraordinary.

Price and proximity to Universal Studios is about the only plus. Stayed once before and the stay was ok. Floor was dirty and mold everywhere. Living in Florida I am use to seeing mold but this was neglect. Staff was not friendly and housekeeping was rude.
