As Disney Annual Passholders, we're always looking for places to stay for a quick weekend getaway. This hotel is in a great location, price was right, breakfast was great, and the hotel was very quiet in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and check in/check out was a breeze.

By the time we got to the hotel at 11:30pm there was no parking! We paid for parking and we spent 20 minutes driving and waiting for a spot. The fridge in the room was broken and smelled awful! The shower head was barely hanging on in the wall. No water pressure either.

Overall the stay was nice, short commute to Disney. There's a good breakfast.The shower door was leaking water and the body wash bottle was empty, so that took a bit away from the whole experience. But it's a good enough option for a family stay.

Room had problems - closet was closed shut (staff didn’t know there was a closet and opened it 2nd day), water was running all over on floor from shower (took staff to fix some time, partially fixed the issue and caused us delay), room was not equipped with items mentioned like hair dryer, iron, room was not serviced one day even after requesting. Staff - bunch of kids are at front desk with no manners and blaming us, not taking responsibility for issues on their end, talking back, defending themselves. Supervisor defending these kids without hearing our concerns or listening to us. Only one manager was reasonable. Overall terrible stay and experience. They did offer some points for inconvenience but not enough.
