First, the staff were excellent. Every single staff member that I spoke with was so kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as well. The breakfast was very filling and nothing was ever empty. For the price, I’d have to say I’d give this place an A++! I can’t find a single thing I didn’t like about it. I will definitely be back.

We booked a 3 night stay in a King Suite. At 2:00 pm, we were told room was not ready and they would put priority cleaning on room. We came back at 4:00 pm, (which is their check in time), room was not ready and wouldn"t be ready for another hour. We sat in Lobby for 30 min. When front desk clerk offered us a queen bed suite, which we did not want. I asked if they had a King room, which they did and we were given a King room. This king room did not have a chair and ottoman just a desk chair. We asked for daily refresh service, and they did not refresh the room on our 2nd night. Very disappointing. They did refund the parking charge for parking in their parking lot and half of one night stay. Which was very nice. However, we did not get our King suite for the entire stay and no refresh.
