We checked in at 3:45 p.m. and had to wait almost two hours for a room to be ready. When we finally got our room, it looked just okay. I was pleased with the view since I had paid extra for it. However, the room needed significant updates, including the floor. The floor was so dirty that the kids’ socks were black, and the bathroom had a poop stain that had been there for who knows how long. To make matters worse, the master bathroom showerhead leaked at night. We didn’t get any towels in any of the bathrooms; only some raggedy old towels that looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. I’m so disappointed with this place. I was expecting a 4-star hotel, not a cheap motel. For this being our first family trip to Disney, I was really hoping for a better experience.

The room was not clean, floor was dirty, the planks in the floor have gaps between them, grout is filthy in shower. You have to pay an additional fee to have your room cleaned/freshened. We have toddlers and they both had an accident, there are no mattress protectors on the beds, when we asked for the bedding to be changed at the front desk they sent up 1 bags of sheets for two beds, no additional comforter and no one came to dress the bed or take the soiled sheets. The sheets are not comfortable and do not stay on the bed. Our luggage arrived delayed, no one brought it to our room. I had to ask for it and when they gave it to me I had to try and roll they trolley with everything on it myself, which surprisingly was very difficult to maneuver, then return it back down the the lobby. The service was subpar for what was considered a VIP property, unfortunately. We would not recommend and certainly won’t be returning.
