We had a two bedroom condo that was great! The place was clean and had wonderful amount of pots pans plates and cups. The only thing I wish it had was a baking tray for the oven. I’d stay here again as the pool and water park are a short walk and they are clean and amazing too. The game area is fun for the kids and a nice add on.

The 3 bed/2 bath condo was really spacious and great for families. Some household necessities were missing like scissors, some knives, blender cover etc. There weren’t enough bath towels for the amount of people in the condo and it took some time to actually reach anyone to request more (idk if it was expected to use the pool towels as bath towels). Some areas of the resort were small so many times you had to move aside for others to pass or a car had to go past first before another car could go in. The waterpark was great and so were the hotel pools. Children will definitely have fun! The resort was also about 30-40mins from the main Orlando attractions like Disney, SeaWorld, Universal etc, so if you don’t mind driving a bit you’ll be fine.

When I first arrived I noticed the floors were filthy and still had droppings of food from the previous guests, the shower tiles were dirty, and there was a booger on my bathroom mirror, my sheet had two large brown spots on it and crumbs at the bottom part of the bed. I think attention to detail for the cleaning crew is needed.

The property was awesome for kids!! You really didn’t have to leave it, there was so much for kids to do. I didn’t like that they placed me in a room in the corner by the exit door and garage and the door was never locked. My balcony door lock was broke also and I was on the 1st floor, so I didn’t sleep well cause of the traffic and noise and feeling of insecurity.

The resort is beautiful. The property is clean. There are always workers around cleaning and doing yard work. Very nice. If you have kids, this is definitely a good place to stay. The arcade, pool, and the water park are super fun. I will say the front desk employees can be a little more educated when it comes to customer service. Dining options are not too many at all inside the resort. We stepped out for lunch and dinner our entire stay. So lastly, finding your way around to an elevator or to your room is incredibly difficult. There are no signs anywhere as to where the ELEVATORS are located. We got the hang of it probably on our 3rd day. There are 4 buildings and four elevators. They need to do something about that. Other than that, everything was great. I really enjoyed it.
