The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were nice and were quiet, except hearing Cara’s buzzer frequently during the day. Staff was extremely friendly and responded to our questions and concern. I would recommend.

Rough towels Main issue was sound. Walls and hall noise was loud. Cleaning staff started early and need to realize people are sleeping so they shouldn’t have their walkies on loud or talking loudly in hall Was told I was not getting my HiltonHonor points because I booked through Hotels.com.
