Hotel is greatly located, pool is very nice but I didn’t get the chance to use it. Room was nice and clean. Be aware of the $20 daily parking fee. I missed that when looking at the hotel details prior to booking.

This was a very spacious suite that was comfortable for 3 adults for a full 7 day stay. The breakfast was a full buffet and had different options almost every day. Plenty of seating in the dining area as well. It was very quiet and was a short Uber or Lyft ride to Universal Studios or any of the Disney World parks. They do offer a shuttle bus option, but you must make a reservation for departure and return and the times available were not convenient for us, so we chose Rideshare. There is a nice shopping center across the street that has a lot of great dining options as well as a Target and 7/11 in case you need something else. Housekeeping is provided every other day. My only complaint, is that the unit had a kitchenette, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. However, two things were missing that we felt were important. First, there were no knives other than butter knives. This meant you couldn't cut and apple into wedges, for instance. There were also no kitchen towels provided. How are you supposed to dry the dishes you just washed? Hotel staff suggested using bath towels. Seems like a kitchen should have towels though.... Though we didn't use the pool area, it has a slide and plenty of seating, as well as a great bar with good food. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and checkout process was seamless. It was convenient being walking distance from Flamingo Crossing Mall which has a variety of food options with Target and Walgreens for everyday needs. The only thing that could improve was the breakfast offering. It was the same menu almost everyday.

Decent overall. Probably the noisiest hotel I’ve stayed in. Between the sound of the guests above us sliding their chairs across their kitchen floor, doors being slammed, and just other random banging sounds, it was difficult to get good rest. The room was clean and met expectations. Breakfast buffet was good and so was the location with its convenience to the Disney parks. Probably wouldn’t stay again as I know there are better Hilton properties in the city.

Mel at the front desk was really great. She checked in during our stay to make sure anything was perfect. The parking garage entrance into the hotel is also VERY convenient. Getting in and out was a breeze.

Staff was very friendly and food was good. I enjoyed the 24 hour hot water availability and the ice water stand. I came to visit my daughter so I was in the room while she was working. I went to use the conditioner and the bottle was completely empty. Not the worst to find in a hotel, but stayed here before and was aware of the S, C ad Body wash in the shower. I also watched a lot of TV while I was in the room and the couch cushion was broken in my room. Also, they allow pets and a left alone dog was next door and barked all day and when guests were gone. Overall, I love the location to Flamingo Villages, amenities and lobby area for just relaxing.

The room was comfortable and clean. There was an emergency, fire, and it seemed the staff didn't quite know what to do, as they were slow to give instructions to leave the lobby. Fortunately, everything was resolved. Breakfast is okay, but limited. There wasn't much variety in the fruit. The best thing was the chicken carnitas day, and it was only available once in eight days. Parking was easy to access, and the surrounding area is very nice with a variety of places to eat. The area felt very safe.
