Cant chk in early saying they have no room open but if you pay $40 more they let you in! Cost extra to store your luggage if arrive early before chk in time. Our room needed good vacuuming, toilet smells & found out someone poop not flash it-told the front desk. Requested for couple hrs later chk out because our flight got delayed was told no because they are fully booked but offered to stored our luggage & I said no thanks. The shuttle ride was great & driver was very polite. Not recommending!

It was clean and well accommodated! Staff upon arrival was kind, friendly and patient. We had a fiat level room, that was ADA friendly. It wasn’t needed, but not a problem. The only issue we had was that the inner curtain wouldn’t close completely, so had to “rig it” closed so that the outside couldn’t see in. There was an airplane that alarmed me out of sleep, but that’s to be expected since this was an “airport hotel”.

Room was not well maintained. Heater was not working. Double beds were not available so they put us in a 1 bedroom “suite” but the couch bed was unseeable and had no sheets. Also only 1 ultra thin blanket for king bed. The staff was friendly and they did provide a transportation to the airport but I would not stay again unless the property got an overhaul.

We arrived and manager was rude and unpleasant. My card was hacked on vacation of course the one on file. I obviously couldn’t use it for deposit hold so gave my husbands card they said couldn’t do that it’s in my name. Then would t accommodate the shuttle it says 4-12:30 and available on request thinking an earlier time would work nope
