Cant chk in early saying they have no room open but if you pay $40 more they let you in! Cost extra to store your luggage if arrive early before chk in time. Our room needed good vacuuming, toilet smells & found out someone poop not flash it-told the front desk. Requested for couple hrs later chk out because our flight got delayed was told no because they are fully booked but offered to stored our luggage & I said no thanks. The shuttle ride was great & driver was very polite. Not recommending!

It was clean and well accommodated! Staff upon arrival was kind, friendly and patient. We had a fiat level room, that was ADA friendly. It wasn’t needed, but not a problem. The only issue we had was that the inner curtain wouldn’t close completely, so had to “rig it” closed so that the outside couldn’t see in. There was an airplane that alarmed me out of sleep, but that’s to be expected since this was an “airport hotel”.

Although it looked nice and seemed very well kept from the outside, inside the hotel was old and disgusting. The hotel is very ridden with mold, it’s very obvious. Our room smelt like stinky socks and perm solution, we were grateful that we didn’t stay long. The front desk check-in lady seemed very overwhelmed and was very agitated when dealing with guests checking in.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, very close to Orlando Airport (MCO) about 5-10 min uber ride. Hotel staff extremely helpful and good to have breakfast downstairs to save time.
