Everything was durty the lobby the rooms, The lobby reeked of piss. The room horrible nasty the floor the bed, the staff so rude also is too high the proce and also charge you for the parking. If you dont want lose your money dont rent there

Cant chk in early saying they have no room open but if you pay $40 more they let you in! Cost extra to store your luggage if arrive early before chk in time. Our room needed good vacuuming, toilet smells & found out someone poop not flash it-told the front desk. Requested for couple hrs later chk out because our flight got delayed was told no because they are fully booked but offered to stored our luggage & I said no thanks. The shuttle ride was great & driver was very polite. Not recommending!

Courteous staff. Deanna at the check in counter was extremely friendly and helpful after our flight was cancelled for 2 days. All staff very friendly and accommodating. It would be nice to see this hotel updated.

Room was ok. Experienced a temporary power outage outside of their control. Didn’t realize there was a power issue until we got to our room and the doors wouldn’t open. We also got stuck in an elevator and none of the buttons worked including the call button. It got really warm within minutes and kids went into panic mode. The fire alarm button was the only button that worked but there was no way to communicate. The phones were also out. Eventually something happened and we got off the elevator. It was only 1 of them..not both. Leads me to think there’s a problem with the elevator itself. Shuttle drive and front desk were great and very friendly. Convenient to restaurants and airport. Shuttle service does stop at 9pm. If you get in later than that..take an uber not a taxi!

I was there for a grand total of 15 hours, needing a spot to sleep well and rise early. Check in was easy and quick, the room clean, comfortable, good linens, quiet. Breakfast was more than satisfying with hot items ready at 0600. Shuttle was easy, helpful and cheerful early morning driver. I'll happily stay again. Hopefully for more hours.
