Hotel was okay. We stayed for a week for a girls trip and I probably won't be back there again. We arrived on Monday and by Thursday I had to call reception 2 separate times to ask for clean towels and to have our garbage and sheets changed. Friday came and no one still had come to our room since check in. I called again, and finally after talking with housekeeping someone came. Front desk staff were short and uninviting. Except for Jeffery , he was fabulous. We called because our air conditioning wasnt working and by the end of the day it was replaced with a newer model. Pool area needs more lounge chairs, and more frequent up keep. One afternoon no pool towels available.

When we were in our room you can hear the planes taking off and I heard the garbage truck banging the dumpster. I was surprised that this hotel isn’t sound proof like other hotels . And their pet price is high we paid 100.00 for 1 night. We stayed in a Hyatt in Sarasota for 5 days and the only charged 75.00 for all the days . Also the spa was cold
