Staff were very rude , outside staff and desk reception staff, stiff and not so welcoming… i wouldve like and preferred to use a machine rather than dealing with their unprofessional attitude and lack of communication ( plain and simple, its like they just don’t care !) , you dont believe me, just try for yourself and regret having worst experience and vacation ever, this hotel over rated , one star is much , everything in the room outdated and old still same as you are in motel 8 , the furniture, and dont forget it still has old bathroom step in tub with plastic curtains, coffee super bad quality , the machine from the 90’s with old disgusting coffee bouches , ( who doesn’t has espresso machines yet ? ) also fridge so noisy at night and COMPLETELY EMPTY, has NO WATER OR ANYTHING ELSE , must go shopping downstairs in their super expensive shops. And much much more … lastly if you have a car , be aware of valet ppl, very rude and not welcoming, they leave you standing and off loading your own bags without asking if you need a carr or help of any kind ! Also must pay top dollar to leave your car upfront for 5 minutes while you go upstairs to freshen up. You will ask for a manger constantly! Very bad experience in everyway possible. Not recommending this hotel,

My room was clean and water. Pressure was good. Air conditioning worked very well, sometimes too well I wish the breakfast buffet had a slightly better price point for people staying at the hotel. $22/day to park! I was there for a conference down the street so that did not make me happy. We also just came from the Drury where we did not need to pay extra for parking and the breakfast buffet was free.

Room was fine, it could use some upgrades. Very annoyed at staff knocking on my door at 845am to see if I was there, Check out is at 11am, you didn't let me check in sooner b/c you said it would be a $50.00 charge, i don't expect the cleaning staff to know on my door so early. Luckily i was awake and still getting ready but that should not be allowed.

This used to be a great place to stay. But this time things were noticeably different. It doesn't seem as if they are upkeeping the hotel as closely as they previously were. Mattresses really need to be changed out, they're extremely uncomfortable now. The air conditioner made so much noise and was so loud we couldn't sleep. I kept waiting to hear It finally give out and shut off. Also, don't even think about trying to check in early.They're gonna tell you, you gotta give them $50 to check in. Staffing isn't as friendly as they used to be either.They definitely don't go out of their way to help you or give you any further information about anything.
