This hotel was truly a pleasure to stay in from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax the moment you walked in. The staff was welcoming and attentive without being intrusive, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and well cared for. The amenities were excellent — comfortable bedding, reliable Wi-Fi, a great fitness center, and inviting common areas — all of which made the experience feel upscale and effortless. Overall, everything was nice and we had a good stay at Rosen Plaza. The room was clean, the hotel was well kept, and there were no hidden fees, which I really appreciated. Check-in and pricing were straightforward. The only small downside was when I asked the lady by the buffet if they offer any complimentary birthday meal for breakfast—she was a little rude. Other than that, everything else was great and I would stay here again.
