This was a very nice place to stay. While they do offer a free breakfast the choices are limited. The only real complaint was that the bed mattress was rock hard and the pillows were very flat which did not bring a good sleeping experience.

It always smelled like Fabuloso cleaning product. I had to open the windows for the smell to leave. I had to put a towel underneath the room door so the smell from the hallway did not come in my room too. The bed sheets did not smell like anything either, it seemed like they were just washed with hot water. The windows were also dirty.

Hotel needs major improvements!!

Ice machine didn't work; 4 flimsy plastic clothes hangers; only one wash cloth in room, and didn't see anymore on housekeeper's cart; knob on bathroom sliding door was broken. bedroom blinds in very poor condition and didn't close properly; went down to desk twice to buy bottled water but there wasn't any; no clock or phone in rooms; no do not disturb signs to hang on door.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The building is outdated, and definitely has that old home smell. However it seems well taken care of for what it is. We were bumped to a suite instead of a studio and were on the 6th floor in room 623. Elevator works fine. Breakfast in the morning is complimentary to guests and it was made to order and was delicious. Best part of this place for sure! The room has a small kitchenette with a small refrigerator with freezer and microwave. Decent sized common room with Roku tv. Property has WiFi access and worked fine. Bathroom is tiny and outdated. No ceiling exhaust, so everything does feel damp in there. We had two queen beds but they were more like a twin and a half sized - my husband and I (both average adults - not overweight) barely fit comfortably together. The mattresses are springs and are unnervingly loud when you move just the tiniest bit. The sheets and towels were definitely poor quality - scratchy and unpleasant. The living room sofa does pull out however the mattress there was like sleeping on a wood floor. Super hard and thin. This property definitely has a lot of benefits financially if you’re looking for a no frills, just a place to crash type of spot. It’s clean. Lots of dining options around. Close to all the Orlando things you’d like to do. Not a horrible experience - but not the best either. Would recommend as stated to people not wanting to spend a fortune just to have a decent place to sleep and shower.

Despite the property going through renovation to become Holiday Inn, the property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Comfy bed, but flat pillows and only two available. We got a King Suite and it was enormous! The walking closet was the size of a small bedroom! Made to order breakfast was included and good. No restaurant on property so no dinner, and nearby was a Wendy’s and BK, but questionable as to the safety of the area for walking. Traffic noise was loud on our side of the building. But overall, pleased with our overnight stay. 15 minutes from the airport by Uber.

The breakfast served is excellent. The service is outstanding. The rooms are quite big with a large bed. The reception staff are very courteous. I highly recommend guests to book this hotel for their stay.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days for the first time we wanted to try something new instead of the same hotel we always stay at. With that being said we should’ve stuck with what we knew. The hotel room was dirty the walls looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in over a month. The rugs hadn’t been vacuumed and had bleach stains overall just wasn’t what we expected. When checking out the receptionist was on break but no sign indicating that so I waited there for awhile waiting to be helped out just to be told I could’ve left the keys on the desk… which was off because what if someone walked in and took the keys. The receptionist was super kind everyday and greeted us everytime so nothing personal on her end. Says to not mind the mess because they’re remodeling but the messes in the room were not from remodeling just poor cleanliness. Room service was upon request so if you’re staying there you might want to request everyday so your room gets tended to.

Verticsl blinds broken - 2 1/2 slats missing in room. Given 2 flimsy pillows & 1/3 roll of toilet paper. Hole in bathroom door & tv just buffered & didn't work. Luckily we were there only 1 night. Warm made to order breakfast was best thing included
