The room is clean, the carpets clean, the bed linen smells good. The only bothers me was the toilet. Every time you flushed it looks like the water would overflow. But it's all good. The amenities are great. Staff are nice.

The roaches that I was greeted with, poor lighting I’ve used lanterns brighter than the room lights, not having an elevator for more then half the rooms, the high price for breakfast buffet that was worse the free continental breakfast I’ve had. It was the worst experience I’ve ever hade and I’ve been to places without running water. The only good thing was Denny’s and ihop out front

Amazing location—clearly they spent all their effort on that and forgot about the hotel part. We stayed for four nights and somehow housekeeping never discovered our room. No cleaning, no trash removal, no bed made… truly impressive consistency. After complaining, they generously delivered a couple of towels, as if that solved everything. We then had to ask for bedsheets and make the bed ourselves. Five-star location, zero-star service. Would recommend only if you enjoy doing your own housekeeping on vacation.
