The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are dirty and outdated. The outlet cover was broken in our room and presented a safety hazard for my children. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and there was no hot water on 10/14 AM.

There was no hot water in the bathroom, I made a report twice and I was told that they have to reset the heater. Also the check out time suppose to be at 1130am , at 1015 am they are banging on the door and letting themselves in. I felt so violated when they did that. It happened twice in one day back to back. Where is the communication??

you got what you pay ... overall is good place for if you just crashing in for sleeping because you're spending all day in the Parks and you're no picky probably this is a good place to stay what I get me upset is that they don't clean the AC filters I had to do it myself cuz it smells

If you don’t mind a front desk that only knows how to say “sorry,” being told your reserved room type is no longer available at check-in, taking cold showers at night because there’s no hot water, sleeping on sheets with questionable stains (and even boogers), and listening to the constant noise of an old air conditioner — then this place might actually be perfect for you.

The Staff did not seem like they wanted to help out their guests. My stay was from Oct. 5th through Oct. 13th. Wednesday morning I had asked for clean sheets and towels at the front desk. The receptionist wrote it down but after being out of the room the whole day. No one had came to change them when I got back in the evening. When I went to the desk to ask again there were two receptionist, one saw me waiting and instead of asking me if I needed anything she walked away. The other lady was too busy on her phone to look up and see me waiting. It also felt a little unsafe. The exterior entrance doors did not lock. And there was always a gentleman outside my room sitting in the hallway early in the morning. Not sure if they actually had a room there or not. Other than those, it’s convenient to all the Theme Parks and shops.

Clean room needs updating, musk smell, loud from the neighbors, beds and pillows need a revamp. Shower was amazing, the hotel needs updating service was good, you pay for your breakfast, and the area is not so great, but it was cheap and kept us dry Pool was ok as well it was clean
