I can't believe Expedia offers this as a place to stay. It's a dump in the hood teaming with prostitution. I booked it then researched it and called Expedia to cancel it and they said no. Oh well my loss. I booked with another hotel. If you want to refund my money that would be great. I have made several calls and got no where with your customer service department.

HUGE SECURITY ISSUES I stayed here for a total of 4 days. The first 2 days were normal. The place isn’t the best, but for the price I was paying, it was okay. Then I realized you could open my room door without even using the key card. Literally anyone could walk into my room. Luckily nothing went missing, but of course I reported it. They changed my room, and I made sure the lock actually worked this time before going on with my day. On my last night, my key card stopped working. I went to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. A new lady—someone I hadn’t seen before—helped me. She reprogrammed my card with no issues AT ALL. And let me repeat… NO ISSUES She didn’t ask for my ID, she didn’t even ask for my name. She just asked for my room number and handed me a new card. I went back to my room, locked the door, and used the extra bolt to make sure no one could get in, even with a card. It was my last night, and at that point I just wanted my stay to be over. I definitely don’t recommend this place at all.

I stay at this hotel was OK. There was a moment where I had no hot water in my bathroom and also the AC had a very foul smell when I had it on not to mention the key card will always stop working and I will always have to go to the front desk for them to fix it.

I am not a Karen but there was roaches and spiders in our room I tried calling and having our room switched but did not receive an answer did not have a good stay would prefer not to leave a bad review but I’m not impressed did not have a great time at all!

Well the first thing I didn't like about the property was that there was only one way in and one way out. If two cars are there then you're stuck until they move. The water in the room got at best, warm. Never hot. Everything felt dated. The staff were nowhere to be found half the time if you needed something. They claim to be smoke free but every time you walked down the halls you could smell.... "The devil's lettuce" everywhere you went. Sometimes even in your room. All in all it's a cheap place but you're better off saving your money and getting a room at Universals cabana Bay.

Needs remodeling. No one answered the phone at front desk. If you need to modify reservation. No coffee maker in room. They charge for the limited breakfast. My assistant didn't have bath towels in his room. I won't stay there again.

The room was very outdated. The air conditioner would turn off after about 5 minutes then turn back on. The sheets did not fit the bed, under the sheets had stains on the bed cover. The tv we had to basically set up our self because they had no channels and took about 30 minutes to scan to find anything. The facility smelt like cigarettes mixed with cleaning supplies. It’s safe to say we got out of there as soon as we could. I’d recommend a motel 8 since they both cost about the same. Also the bathroom fan was hanging off the wall.
