They changed us 20 dollars to check in early and she took 100 deposit. She put us in 10 minutes walking to the room. The hotel smells so bad. The hotel have cockroach in it. They have only one elevator and it’s so far from our room that big hotel they only have one elevator? I don’t recommend at all I adults will give them 0 stars the lady on desk she’s sitting on the corner with her phone. She don’t care about anyone.

Held deposit for blood stain on sheets. Was not given any written notice of things deposit would be held for. Was told they could not bleach item to get stains out and their policy is to throw item away. How are we to know when nothing was provided to us.Bathroom sink was broke. Chair in room was broke. Appear to have guests that live there. Would not recommend this hotel and I don’t think you should either for future travelers.

They just shrugged their shoulders and said, "Not under our control" You advertise this as a benefit to staying at your property. Not a great neighborhood. They have been without WiFi for at least a week with no compensation for the inconvenience. Rooms have no coffee pot or microwave. Staff very friendly and do their best with limited resources

Staff is always very helpful and nice. I stay there on the orange Blossom Trail location very often and I have never had a bad incident with staff. They have always been very cordial and helpful. The pillows are very soft however there was no Wi-Fi but I remember when Wi-Fi didn’t exist so I’m OK with it.
