I called twice for help canceling my reservation. I explained the reasons for my cancellation, but they didn't answer or understand. They charged me the full amount. I didn't feel safe with my family in the place I booked. When we arrived, there were a lot of people acting strangely inside and outside. On the way to our reserved room, the hallways and elevator were very dirty. To our dismay, when I entered the room, the floor, table, and kitchen sink were so dirty that the waiter took a towel from the sink to clean it. I asked for another room, and to our surprise, the floor, table, bathtub, and kitchen were also dirty. A door was missing from the sink cabinet. When we left, the waiter apologized for what happened. So, I requested my cancellation at the reception because I didn't feel comfortable staying there with my baby, son, and husband. He told me about a refund in 7 days. Desperate, I already called Expedia to help me with the cancellation. The quickest way is to find another place to spend the night because we were already exhausted from the trip, which was very long, and they didn't have the slightest empathy for everything. I'm sure none of you would stay with your family in a place like this and with insecurity in the place. Because we search and make reservations in places we don't know based on research and reviews from companies like this.
