Room was OK. Rm 521- I fixed the toilet handle so it stopped running. Awkward reach for the grab handle in the shower. Breakfast was out of coffee, then eggs and had no other breakfast meat other than pork. Not everyone eats pork. Nothing to write home about. Location was great, parking was good.

The room was spotless. The breakfast was acceptable. The staff were acceptable. Wouldn't it be fairly easy to identify guests who were flying out early in the morning? Your cleaning crew could then clean those rooms so early arrivals could settle in early. I arrived at 9:00am and waited until 1:30 for a room to be available. Also, I was told to be in the lobby 15 minutes before the shuttle was scheduled to leave. I was, along with all the others going on that shuttle. Really? 15 min?

Bathrooms shower could use a bit updating. Beds are small seems like full instead of queen. Breakfast offered eggs, waffles (Make your own) sausage as the only hot options. Oatmeal, apples, oranges, juices, tea, and other drinks available. Cereal, muffins, and assortment of pastries. Great area and walkable to diff restaurants and shops!

The room was really clean. The room was outdated and had a bit of a smell for being in a damp place. The staff was great and very helpful with every step from pick up at the airport to drop off at the airport. The staff went out of their way to help. I was early for check in and they stored my luggage with no issues. The included breakfast was complete with a wide variety of options. For a one night stay, this hotel did what is should have done.
