The property and staff were great! We had an early flight so they allowed us to check in early which was so helpful since we were traveling with 2 little ones. There was a little mix up with the room and they promptly changed us to the correct room. Breakfast was good. Overall we would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Are you tired? So is this hotel. We booked an accessible room. It took three tries to open the door. We had to call maintenance because the safe did not work properly. They came pushed some buttons and said it worked just fine. The next time we went to use it, it still did not work. None of the USB ports worked and very few electrical outlets. The water level in the toilet was so high it was impossible to use without body parts touching the water. When my husband addressed the problem of the water level at the front desk, the young lady working told us they were all like that. I sent a message to the general manager and she reminded me that we had booked an accessible room through a third-party. She offered us one night refund and to change our room. The new room was not much better. The USB ports next to the bed?do not work.
